Sharingham

Excellent place to stay in Brno. Breakfast and parking were included. Check-in process was very smooth. We stayed in an apartment with balcony. The view of the river and city was nice. I loved the bathroom, with a big bath and modern set. Excellent price

Cute.

Clean hotel, nice warm , nice room with two single beds
ma....... In the bathroom above the shower there is mold .... the heater all broken .. breakfast a little 'poor as there is only salty not even a brioches ....... I would not return another time

Spacious room and free parking, but otherwise lacking

I was happy with the room and free parking, but this hotel has many other issues that are not all deal-breakers, but you should know before arriving. First, I had a room at the end of the hall so maybe this was part of the reason, but the internet was not reliable and had many breaks. The front desk is not 24/7. I was on the 3rd floor and there are no elevators so if you have mobility issues this place is not for you. Check out was at 10:00 a.m. which I find a minimum of 1 hour too early and they couldn't even manage an early check-in before 2:00 p.m. despite this. They are a small hotel with only a few rooms so they could have arranged it if they wanted to. The final straw for me was coming to the reception to ask a simple question and being left to wait for 10 minutes while someone continued to work downstairs (could audibly hear them moving things). It was ok for a short break, but know these things before choosing to stay here. Oh yeah. No fridge.

Good price-value ration, but owful communication with guests

It is a very simple place in a good (but very noisy) location in Brno, it is perfect for a short stay. The breakfast was great. Their communication with guests is terrible, I hope they will improve it. Be prepared that there is no elevator and that it is noisy.
