Hotel Savannah

The hotel has very nice rooms. The breakfast is buffet-style and very diverse.
The hotel features an indoor pool with relaxation areas. However, the loungers by the pool are very heavy.

Very friendly staff.
A la carte is available.
The hotel has direct access to the casino.

Lovely spa

Went to the Spa area and also booked a back and shoulder massage. It was one of the best massage I've ever had, the lady was really nide too. It only cost 25€ and was definitely worth it.
There were also some saunas and ultrared cabine which was nice. Unfortunately the water was quite cold, too cold for me.
But it was a very nice and I enjoyed it.

The hotel is located outside the city, near an open-air mall. The hotel itself is very pleasant.

Clean, breakfast could be more

The room very nice and clean, the breakfast not well organized, tables dirty, today 1 hour no bread and alarm clock refilled, no one feels responsible.

What can I say except that year after year everything goes downhill :-(
the quality of the hotel, the quality of the meals, ...
Unfortunately everything is now done for the casino players and hotel guests are considered as second class customers.
in the evening the hotel guests are mixed with casino guests, the choice of meals is getting worse and worse. Since the change of owner everything has deteriorated. It's a shame because it was a beautiful place, well placed, in a magnificent region.
There is clearly a major management problem.
