Did the job for a family overnight stay for skiing - good sized room, clean and nicely presented

Stayed overnight as a family group and this pension worked very well for us. We had a family corner room which was spacious for 2 adults / 2 children with a double bed, 2 singles and a table and sitting area spread over a large L shaped room. Lots of space and radiators to dry wet ski kit.
The room and bathroom was clean and well presented with good hot shower.
The pension no longer runs its Chinese restaurant but we fed well in the evening at the Regrus restaurant just down the road.
No tea/coffee making facilities in the rooms. Off street parking behind the building.

Slechte ervaring

Wat een slechte service. Geen enkele dag fatsoenlijk kunnen douchen vanwege koud water of geen water. Douche bak stroomt helemaal vol tijdens het douchen. We moesten een hele week met 2 handdoeken doen. Erg onvriendelijk personeel. Wij hadden er op gerekend dat we gebruik konden maken van het restaurant/de bar, maar die was dicht.
Kortom: absoluut geen aanrader, erg zonde van het geld!

Geen beste ervaring bij pension Robin!
Wij waren met 6 volwassenen op 3 kamers. In de kamers in alle hoeken enorme spinnenwebben. Bedden keihard. We moesten vragen om nieuw toiletpapier. Geen verschoning handdoeken. Af en toe of helemaal geen warm water in de douche. Ontbijt sumier. Toegang tot pension levensgevaarlijk: spekglad! Trap niet ijsvrij gemaakt!
Restaurant dat erbij zat gesloten.
Bij het afrekenen van het verblijf kon men onze oeking niet vinden en kregen we te maken met een door de telefoon ruziende en schreeuwende echtgenote van de eigenaar die niet wist hoe de pinautomaat werkte en via de telefoon instructies kreeg. Zij sprak zelf geen andere taal dan Tsjechisch. Nadat wijzelf de pinautomaat hadden gefikst waar de papierrol van op was, zijn we zonder dat de vrouw nog iets zei vertrokken.
Het enige positieve was de koffie en de vietnameese schoonzus die van alles probeerde om te helpen bij het afrekenen.
Ons zien ze daar niet terug!!
