Only if you are desperate...
Paying in cash only.
Silly blondes (who don't speak English) at the reception never know anything and nobody cares if wifi doesn't work in the entire hotel for over 5 days or if they have štěnice in mattresses.
What upset me the most is that they block your card (which you use to enter the room) early in the morning on the day you are supposed to pay, so basically it's the same if they just threw you out of the room at 8 am because you haven't paid for the next night yet.
The location is not best, no normal shops or farmacies or basically anything in the area, you have to take the bus to metro even if you need to buy paralen.
The furniture is old and very simple, not a " 3* hotel" level for sure.
The sheets they give you for 70 crowns are also old, half ripped and ugly.
There is one kitchen for the 3 or 4 buildings of the hotel and cooking in the room is "strictly forbidden and punishable". Walking 3 floors down, next 20 meters to the other building and then through the entire corridor to check on your food is not fun. The elevator doesn't work btw.
Very unsatisfactory, the only plus or reason to stay here is the price for a month.

Never again
The first impression was not that bad - my double room was just about big enough for one person, I didn't need more space. Although everything smelled a bit stale, the bathroom looked like it had been renovated recently, and also the fridge and wardrobes seemed clean. (Later, I spoke to a girl living next door who told me that her fridge was completely mouldy when she came there.) I just assumed nobody had been accommodated in my room for some time. I cleaned the room and bathroom myself, but that wasn't a problem, I knew that room service was not offered for long-term guests.
My bed wasn't particularly comfortable, but not a disaster either. What bothered me more were airplanes flying very low over the hotel, which is actually situated more or less in the axis of the runway.
I can't say anything about food - none was provided, apart from a few sweet & savoury snacks available at the reception.
The staff was quite ok. It was actually the hotel manager and his relatives if I remember correctly. Later, a gypsy family took over. They were kind and willing; however, that's not all you need from a hotel manager as we all found out later.
Real problems started when the heating and hot water were turned off. Several power outages occurred as well. This took a few weeks, maybe over a month. Apparently, the manager hadn't been paying the bills, and the guests faced the consequences.
I left the hotel soon and was expecting to get back my deposit as promised at the beginning of the stay. I haven't seen my money till this day.
