Beautifully decorated property. Very relaxing atmosphere and the room was terrific. The breakfast buffet was excellent, and the service was very good too! One of our favourite stays on this trip.

Good afternoon, I was on vacation with a friend from June 1st to June 21st, 2024, sorry I'm writing to you now. On June 9th at 7am she went out for water and fell down by the reception, the floor was wet. The sign wasn't put up that the floor was wet. The girl at the front desk couldn't get up and the cleaner came running and picked me up. I've been in hell of a lot of pain. Light's doctor came in and said the contusion would hurt for two months. Three days couldn't get up before there were hellish pains, thanks to the doctor coming in three days in a row, pain pills given, injection of pain pills given. Asked the head nurse to give the shot said one shot 500 kroner. When she arrived home, she couldn't get up to sit in pain, went to the doctor, and the MRI was taken out and said fractured L-1 spine. This is the seventh month I've been to the doctors. They said we should have surgery. Hotel officials didn't take me to the clinic. We spent the second year relaxing at this Aqua Marina hotel. I write to the bosses of Aqua Marina that you are heartless, the food was also very poor do not consider, visitors from Kazakhstan do not eat pig meat, were disappointed, girlfriend refused to eat in the hotel

Good with a few minus points
We stayed here over Christmas because we couldn't check into the hotel we had originally booked (Olympia) due to water damage. So we booked at very short notice for Christmas Eve and quickly got a large room with a view of the colonnade. The room was nice and clean. The staff were very cold and distant, didn't even wish us a Merry Christmas. Breakfast cost extra and the buffet was quite overpriced at 15 euros. Especially since our young son (7) was charged the full price. Bathrobes also cost 7 euros per person, which in my opinion should be free in a wellness hotel. The wellness area is nice and clean but very small and there are only 3 loungers available, no relaxation room. What really bothered us at night was a loud, unpleasant noise that came suddenly from the bathroom without the light being turned on, probably a fan. We also thought 20 euros a day for parking on the street was far too expensive.

The position of the hotel is perfect, 2 min away from the center.
However that is where our positive experience ended. We got the "apartment" not the "basic" rooms. As a result we where taken nicely to a adjected building via the trash corridor with the nice freezer that looked just like one of those you keep bodies in, in horror movies. The rest of the hallway, was doggy and odd. The floor above us was a bird toilet. Inside it was spacious but even when things was new it was bad. The shower with black mold at the bottom with some new silicone put on top.
They should mention that some rooms are in a different class than the 4 stars on the front door. I give it 4 poops out of 5.

Nice hotel, good location
Good location and nice staff, some of them did not speak english, but ok german. The restaurant closed very early, we did not get a change to test it. Breakfast was ok. Very clean room and bathroom. It was not possible to drive to the hotel, parking is down the street.
