winter holidays

very comfortable apartment in the centre of the city next to the Government. New furniture, fully equipped. Everything is new. A lot of cafes nearby though the kitchen is full of equipment. Good view from the balcony. Free parking

The need for a lift

This is a lovely well furnished, spotlessly clean and well appointed apartment situated in a quiet but easily accessed area.
Being close to the centre allows easy access to bus and train station.
The owners are helpful,friendly and speak good English.
This would be 5 stars but for the lack of a lift.
It is on the 2nd floor, but there are many access steps.Also the steps themselves are large making the whole staircase very steep.
It is not somewhere you pop in and out of.
If the owners son had not turned up upon our arrival I do not know how we would have taken our suitcases up.

Wir können uns den vorhergehenden Bewertungen nur anschliessen und ebenfalls die max. Punktezahl vergeben.
Die Wohnung ist ein Traum, sehr schön und sauber (eine Garage kann dazu gemietet werden). Die Lage ist unschlagbar – ruhig, direkt am Waldrand gelegen (für Pilzsammler und Wanderer das Paradies) und nur wenige Gehminuten von der Fussgängerzone entfernt.
Die Familie Strauss sind „TOP“ Gastgeber!! Vielen Dank, wir werden wieder kommen.
Und…., Karlsbad ist einfach eine wunderschöne Stadt!!

Прекрасный отдых в хорошем месте.

Очень комфортное проживание. Тихо, удобно, рядом с центром. Недалеко супермаркет Billa, где можно купить практически все продукты.
Радушная хозяйка Катерина, хороший wi-fi.
Высокие потолки, хороший вид из окна. На балкончике удобно загорать и делать утреннюю зарядку.
Обязательно приедем еще раз сюда.

Großartiger Aufenthalt

Wir hatten für ein größeres Familientreffen in Karlsbad beide Wohnungen gebucht und waren begeistert. Die Räume waren sauber, großzügig und modern eingerichtet.
Die Familie Strauss hat uns einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt in Karlsbad ermöglicht. Sowohl in der Vorbereitung der Anreise, während des Besuchs, als auch im Anschluss, nachdem wir etwas in der Wohnung vergessen hatten, hat die Familie Strauss uns sehr unterstützt, so dass wir sowohl die Familie Strauss als auch die Villa Wingolf in sehr guter Erinnerung behalten werden. Wir können diese Unterkunft voll und ganz weiterempfehlen!
