Best accomodation in Jizerka

We really enjoyed our stay. The location is unique, right in the heart of Jizerka. The hotel has a cozy atmosphere, with nice and clean rooms. The breakfasts are delicious and there is a wide choice also for dinners. I would totally recommend it.

Arrogant and unfriendly, especially to Germans

We were already here at the beginning of the year as the pyramid used to be visited very often by me and my family. The food is okay, but in terms of unfriendliness, the staff is hard to beat. We thought that was an exception due to the stressful turn of the year, but today we were allowed to relive the same arrogance. They seem to be very averse to Germans in particular. This was also confirmed by a guest who booked a room here.
This is probably our last visit here. Too bad, because the area is wonderful.

Non-serious behavior. Canceled already paid stay.

We had paid for a week's stay, but the reservation was canceled and the money refunded. Because of a school trip, for which they needed the entire Pyramid, including our room. It is a highly unserious and unreliable act. But the place is beautiful and there is not much to choose from other accommodation in the vicinity.

Dobrý den, děkujeme Vám za Vaši zpětnou vazbu a chápeme Vaše zklamání z důvodu zrušení Vaší rezervace. Rádi bychom objasnili, že zrušení Vaší rezervace neproběhlo na poslední chvíli, ale bylo provedeno s pětiměsíčním předstihem před plánovaným termínem Vašeho pobytu. Rozumíme, že každá změna může přinést nepříjemnosti, avšak v tomto případě jsme se snažili minimalizovat dopad na Vaše plány tím, že jsme Vám nabídli několik alternativ v podobě jiných termínů, případně ve Vámi požadovaném termínů ubytování na Panském domě.
Jsme si vědomi, že změny plánů mohou být zklamáním. Vaše spokojenost a pohodlí jsou pro nás nesmírně důležité, a my se vždy snažíme jednat v nejlepším zájmu našich hostů.

Pyramida was nice - but not room 41

We were lucky with the weather, since we got fresh snow. Friendly service at the Reception. The waiter in the restaurant is trying his best. Breakfast ok. Would be good to inform the guests, when the occupancy is low, that you have to ask the waiter for an egg dish, since it will not be at the buffet. Also we stayed in room 41 in Pyramida. If you every get this room, change it!! From 8am until 9 pm you can hear the sound of a starting helicopter. It must be the ventilation in the kitchen. When I mentioned it at check out, I received a "sorry" with the information, to choose a different room next time. Not sure if they were fully booked, but this room should be given only for one night and only at the very end. Area around is very nice. Not destroyed like in some parts of the Polish mountains. We will come back. Just not to room 41. And one more thing. Please add a booster for the WIFI for better coverage.

Convenient stop at Jizerka walley

We were at Jizerka walley and stopped by at Pyramida restaurant. The food was ok, service was ver friendly one day, not so friendly the other day, but overall nice shelter when you pass by. The only major recommendation to the owner would be lighter doors - it is self service restaurant and you hardly manage to carry the food while fighting the double doors - twice - with food and empty place. But you are a group of people, then it is of course easy.
