Hidden gem

Wonderful, well appointed, spared no expense in this little town. Breakfast was great room is comfortable view from the breakfast Terrace was a perfect 10. Lots of facilities, Spa, accommodating, staff cute kitten in the parking lot who is dying to play. Whenever we come back, we’ll definitely stay here.

Nice place, need some improvements

We had the opportunity to spend one night at this hotel. The location of the hotel is truly beautiful, offering stunning views of Krnov and the surrounding area from the rooms. Nearby, there is the lovely Krnov lookout tower and several options for pleasant walks. The whole area is quite nice; however, I personally would not want to walk uphill to the hotel. The hotel offers free parking for guests right at the entrance.
The only thing that slightly surprised and disappointed me was that we were the only guests staying at the hotel that night, yet we were still charged a late check-out fee of CZK 500. This feels quite high considering the hotel was empty and the check-out was extended by a maximum of two hours, until 12:00. This was one aspect that mildly annoyed me.

• Friendly and helpful staff
• Free parking
• A small hotel with a cozy and pleasant atmosphere
What we didn’t like:
• High late check-out fee (CZK 500 for 2 hours), especially when the hotel was empty
• Slightly outdated room interior – the TV and bathroom could use some renovation; the shower door was difficult to close
• TV without Netflix or other Smart TV features

Very nice hotel with amazing food and great surroundings

Hotel was clean, very nice, food was amazing and all the staff was extremely helpful. Will definitely come back. They also have an awesome wellness part, with private sauna.
Anything we wanted, staff was there to provide help, informations or the general service.

Quiet location

Nice place, friendly and attentive staff. Sincere interest of the owner in the opinion of the guests. Cleanliness at a high level, quality bed, new bedding. Restaurant
with a good level of food, breakfast good. Careful table setting and service. Comfortable stay.

Nice stay

TV didnt worked, we had to repair it ourselves. We ordered deluxe room fir couole and the beds were separatef. Good breakfast, good food at the restaurant, nice terrace. Bautiful view. Nice room, everything clean. Average room service. Nice surroundings but to the city Krnov you have to drive 10 mins.
