Best hotel in Liberec

Fénix is our go to hotel in Liberec at least once a year, we’ve been visiting since 2022. I can’t stress enough how amazing this place is! The staff is so nice and helpful, literally nothing is a problem. Hotel is VERY clean and always smells nice. Despite being baby/kids friendly you don’t hear anything. The rooms are very modern. If you travel with kids they provide everything you need. Bed barrier, stepping stool, kids’ toilet seat - you name it. You can play xbox with their pass so lot of game to choose from, you can borrow hundreds of board games or interactive kids books. Breakfast is always heavenly. The whirlpool bathtub is amazing after a long day and it’s right there in your room just for you or/and your spouse. We were surprised how many kids (and people in general) we saw at the breakfast because we didn’t hear anyone, it’s that quiet. Lot of people stay at Babylon but honestly after discovering this little hidden gem we don’t stay anywhere else in the city.

Excellent hotel in Liberec

Excellent hotel in Liberec. Welcoming, nice, friendly staff and helpful with any request. The family room is not large, but it is good enough for those who are not in the hotel most of the day. A special accommodation method with free access for guests to the bar for drinks and food while registering things with their room number. Paid of course, but very, very comfortable. Excellent breakfast with many special and luxurious things. The hotel is far from the city center, so you should consider getting around by car / taxi or tram, the stop of which is next to the hotel. The hotel has private parking on site.

Great hotel in Liberec

Great hotel in Liberec, amazing stuff and high quality services. I recommend to take room King with sauna, whirpool and large terrace. TV with HBO and Netflix. Nice place to stay in this area. No indoor parking, free parking in front of the hotel. Service 24/7 for drinks and snacks is useful.

Great place for families, felt like home

If you are planning a stay in Liberec with kids this is the perfect hotel. We stayed in the family room. It's very clean and it's big enough to host 2 adults + 2 kids (+ 1 baby in a baby cot). It comes with just everything you'd need for a long stay (toys, DVD player, etc). This is a family ran hotel, and they do everything so you won't miss a thing. There's also a garden with a huge trampoline, sand box, swings for kids and garden chairs for adults to relax. The location of the hotel is good, just near the main entrance of the Jested mountain, in a very quite surrounding. Old town is just 5-8 minutes by car. There's a shopping center 3 mins by car. Parking is available in the hotel.
