Great restaurant menu

We came for lunch and were really pleasantly surprised by the friendliness of staff and the owner, who was very friendly and happily chatted with us. The coffee was great and so was the food, we all had burgers. We would love to come back and be able to sit inside one day.
I can't comment on hotel accomodation as we didn't use it.

Beautiful accommodation with a lovely view and a sauna nearby. The place itself looks great and corresponds to a higher price category especially considering the price of 3500 CZK per night.
Unfortunately, the overall experience was significantly ruined by a disco club located about 300 meters away. Very loud music continued until the early morning hours, making it impossible to sleep. Instead of peace and relaxation, there was constant noise throughout the night.
For this price, I would definitely expect a quiet environment, or at least a warning about such a major source of noise nearby.

Nice hotel, great staff

The hotel is near the city center of Úštěk, a magnificent small city. The hotel is clean and comfortable and the staff is kind and helpfull. And the restaurant is great, we loved the food and the beer!

Besuch um Restaurant Racek sehr gut

Von mehrmaligen Besuchen im Restaurant waren wir sehr angetan: ein super netter Chef, der selbst mit anpackt, blickiges Personal und gutes Essen. Es ist keine Gourmetküche aber doch schmackhaft und gut - angemessen quasi. Die Küche ist auch ein wenig kreativer als so manches Lokal, in dem es nur die üblichen Verdächtigen gibt; so sind beispielsweise die Burger zu empfehlen. Die Mengen sind sehr gut ausreichend. Es gibt genügend Parkplätze, alles ist sauber. Wir waren nur im Restaurant, die Übernachtung können wir nicht beurteilen.

Milý personál a flexibilný personál, dobrá kuchyňa, kľudné miesto

S naším pobytom sme v Hoteli Racek 2* boli celkovo spokojní.
Obrovská vďaka patrí majiteľovi, ktorý s úsmevom nám pripravoval raňajky aj ráno o 06:45 a čas večere taktiež prispôsobil nášmu programu. Každý hotel by mal mať takýchto majiteľov!!!
Kuchyňa dobrá. Keď sa pri raňajkách niečo minulo, bolo to okamžite doplnené.
Izby zodpovedajú triede hotela 2*. Jednoducho zariadené, ale čisté.
Čo sa týka doplnkových služieb, ako je to napr. wellness, tiež to hodnotím pozitívne: jacuzzi, soľná sauna a normálna sauna. Čistota a kreativita - takto by som hodnotila wellness služby. A v neposlednom rade boli ponúkané za vynikajúcu cenu v porovnaní s inými ubytovacími zariadeniami.
Dôležité je vystihnúť, že sa jednalo o zájazd s 50-timi cestujúcimi a všetci sme boli spokojní! Obrovské ďakujem patrí pánovi majiteľovi! Vidíme sa budúci rok!
