Pretty good given the low price of the stay
We stayed for 3 nights and were happy overall.
The staff (mostly Ukrainian) were very helpful and friendly, and easily the best thing about the hotel.
The rooms are ok, very basic, but for the low price I was satisfied.
The food was tasty enough, but you only have 3 choices of evening meal.
The bar was nice, and the drinks reasonably priced.
The pool and saunas are small, and I think if the hotel is full you may struggle to use the spa facilities as much as you would like to.
For the price we paid, I was happy overall. The staff are a credit to the hotel and made the stay enjoyable.

A ROYAL MISTAKE
Hotel Harmony and its name is just a huge sarcasm (“irony” is not sufficient).
We had weekend stay voucher received as a gift and we were looking forward to nice relax.
After arrival we realized nothing like Relax is not going to happen. Receptionist obviously disgusted with our unsuitable arrival (they were changing shift), then they couldn’t find the key they assigned for us, no please, no sorry for waiting, just terse “commands” what we have to, what we can eat for dinner and what is forbidden or when our procedures are scheduled.
Whole hotel smells like dust (in old carpet) and mould (in old cracked walls). Room look like 80´s (in wicked way). The Classification of accommodation facilities is made for some reason! Missing obligatory equipment – trash bin, telephone, luggage rack and recommended equipment – leaflets, paper with pen, cleaning accessories. Also, large cobweb above the balcony door, used ashtray, dusty curtain, sticky table, old TV, old & smelly wardrobe with no hanger, the cheapest soap and shampoo you can find, broken balcony glass wall. You can not expect any fan in summertime (explained as it would “blow the fuse”). Wellness is just sad – hallway like in horror story, dusty old chairs, dark, order signs on the door, had no courage to try indoor pool. Half board – 1st dinner is no choice – “Chinese chicken” taste like from the cheapest dining buffet with barely 80g of rice, pea soup, pickled vegetable or canned fruit, piece of cake with 30 degrees in dining room. Drink must be paid immediately – waitress doesn´t know how to put it on the room account. Breakfast – cheap everything – ham, cheese, sausages, bread, disgusting tea/instant coffee from machine, disgusting super sweet powder “juice” and unclean cutlery with sticked leftover on it – don´t you dare to have any kind of diet!
Whole stay was horrible, I think we´ll need another weekend to “digest” such HARMONY we gain by this relaxing stay.

Old fashioned, Soviet style place
The Hotel Harmonie has seen better days. It is old fashioned, 60ies or 70ies architecture, old fashioned (slow) service, old fashioned interior, and seems to have never been renovated since it was built. I was there for a scientific meeting which took place in the same hotel, but internet was spotty, and nonexistent in the rooms.
Amusing: the hotel also offers "cryotherapy", which means that one can pay to be put into a freezing cold chamber for some time. Appears to revitalize the skin (?)

A touch disappointing
A Communist-era concrete box hotel lacking atmosphere and a little dated. Nothing inherently wrong, unless you are a disabled person, when access could be a challenge. There is a staircase to the restaurant, and no lift. Everywhere plain but clean. Our 3rd floor room was quiet and comfortable, although fairly basic. Towels were changed daily,candles rubbish removed, but beds not made up during our 2-night stay. Balcony with nice views. O!d CRT TV. No tea/coffee making facilities. Wellness facilities quite reasonable, although swimming pool not so large and water a little cold. Rather confusing finding way around and knowing what changing room to use. Restaurant a bit like a glorified school canteen. Food disappointing - Breakfast buffet not so bad, offering a selection of hot and cold dishes, but best to arrive early, as hot food put out at 7am and not replenished. Evening meal disappointing. No bread served with soup (the only starter); no great choice of main course; not large portions; and not particularly well presented. Dessert either a slice of cake, or a biscuit, served on a saucer. No tea/coffee available.

need some renovation
spent in this hotel 3 nights i august
this hotel is in very nice and calm area close to the dam, very good breakfast ( fruit, vegetables, variety of cheese and ham, eggs, sausages, etc.), great view, wifi worked properly and very friendly staff, room was fine with older TV set
reception desk and common areas like restaurants, corridors need desperately renovation, also didn´t try the pool - price is 60 CZK for an hour for very small pool
