All in one - all very good

We spent nearly a week during December 2015. This hotel is very pleasant - large, very well equiped rooms, kind staff and excelent cuisine in beautiful restaurant. The hotel is so close to the slopes, just couple of meters from a lift. Really great position. A privat parking lot is avalaible and as a bonus we recieved a ski pass for really nice amount. The ski park is made mostly for begginers, if advanced, you¨ll get bored very soon. But for a family holiday, especialy accompanied by little children - great choice. Would love to come again some day.

in the norm

a good medium sized hotel.
all simple but very nice environment huge room but ATTENTION the 4th and 10th do not have curtains and at 4.30-5.00 in the morning we wake up unless we have masks to cover our eyes!!!!
room with basic but comfortable amenities.
convenient parking
normal breakfast with a reasonable assortment
friendly staff unfortunately very basic English some communication difficulties
price a little high for the services.

Business in Odry

I was here only one night due business in this locaiton. I stay in hotel and hotel is very good.Restaurant was good too and they have very good bier, which you must try. Very good and probably best benefit is location for ski, and next activites which is too much and probably will be better for family and not for business trip. Price of hotel is little bit higher.

Fantastic Stay

I cant find any negative points about this hotel. For Skiing lovers, this is the best place. First time in my life I tried Skiing, of course I was not able to finish even half lap. I met one group of people at Ski restaurant and they helped me to do my first ski. Very nice people
About the Hotel - very clean, very big rooms, staffs are very friendly, very good breakfast, Lunch and Dinner. Restaurant is surrounded by beautiful fishes. I am very much If I ever visit Odry again, this is the place where I am going to stay.

Skvělá rodinná dovolená

Strávili jsme zde s manželem a synem super týden. Počasí sice nebylo na koupání, ale podnikli jsme mnoho výletů. Každý den jsem to zakončili nějakou z atrakcí Heiparku, jako bobovkou, tubingem, skluzavkami, lukostřelbou, rodeem apod.
Pokoj prostorný, ocenila jsem spoustu úložných prostor a čistotu. Měli jsme polopenzi - snidaně i večeře moc dobré, jen poslední dva dny jídlo trochu více pepřené, což vadilo synovi a pro děti to moc vhodné není. Jinak jsme si ale moc pochutnali. Doporučuji pro dovolnou s dětmi - mnoho atrakcí a skvělé služby.
