Pleasant stay

Very nice hotel, everywhere clean, apparently after reconstruction, because the carpets and furniture are new. Spacious rooms, beautiful view of the city from the balcony, reasonable price. Also the staff was very helpful and nice. We were satisfied with the breakfasts, everyone chooses what suits them, nothing happened. The advantage is the location of the hotel in the city center, directly opposite is the nice restaurant Radegastovna, where you can eat and drink well. If we visit Opava next time, we will definitely stay in this hotel again.

A real treasure of Opava

The hotel in Opava is a real treasure! Great location in the city center, cozy rooms and friendly staff. Modern equipment, cleanliness at a high level and a rich breakfast. I highly recommend it for those looking for quality accommodation with an excellent atmosphere. I'm already looking forward to my next visit!

Beautiful hotel in the center

Everything is in perfect order, I can recommend this hotel to everyone :-) I would love to come back here again. It is only about 30 meters to the shopping center Breda nad Weinstein. Free parking at the hotel. The service at the reception and in the restaurant was very pleasant. Will be looking forward to it again next time :-)

Disgust

The lady was nice in the beginning, but then her behavior was quite disgusting... she didn't return the refundable deposit of 2000... because she made something up so that she didn't have to return it to us
And to make matters worse, she wanted another 2,000 for the fact that a glass in our room was broken and there was a couple of strep on the carpet
