Balanced

I stay here on regular basis while on business trips to Ostrava. It is easy to navigate to and being out of city centre, no traffic jams on the way there. The rooms are cozy and clean. Staff friendly and helpful. Meal in restaurant (breakfast, dinner) is very good. Price is more than favourable. Clear choice.

Worst hotel!

Don't repeat our mistakes and don't book a room here. This isn't a three-star hotel, but a guesthouse in need of renovation, and the owner is rude. The room doesn't have a kettle, a refrigerator, or even a closet—all the essentials a three-star hotel should have. The Wi-Fi barely worked, and the TV didn't work at all. The room is dirty and dusty, the bed linen and towels are from the time of Czechoslovakia.
But the main drawbacks are the rudeness and disrespect for guests, as well as the lack of 24-hour check-in.

Not advisable

The rooms are noisy not to mention the fact that at 7am the staff started vacuuming rooms and corridors
Staff unpolite both at check in and out. During breakfast we were advised we should leave the car park and park the car outside; it never happened to me: guests usually leave the car park at checkout, not soon after breakfast

anyway we would stay here again but will keep our things with us

we liked the reviews we red on this site and decided to spent one night by our way back from Austria in that hotel. Our impressions were a bit inconsistent. The personnel was friendly, the breakfast, rooms and so on were just as described in the reviews we liked. Only one disappointing moment has occurred in the end of our stay there. My friend has forgotten his smartphone in his room when we left. When we have returned in a half of hour, it wasn't possible to find the smartphone and the hotel personnel also has refused to help us. Otherwise it was nice

great place

great "family-style" hotel ! Value for money , Located in a calm street outside the citycetnre ( it took me about 15 min to walk to the centre ) Room was spacious & clean . i had an overall good feeling staying there & would sure go again !
