Rooms are large, clean and well equipped. On site restaurant is lovely, really good food and beer selection.

One of the worst hotel experiences ever!

We were forced to book this hotel during hockey world championships. First rip off: the prices have been increased more than 3 times to more than 400€!!!!! But that’s not all: upon arrival we were told that all wellness facilities are shut down: no whirlpool, no gym, no sauna. The advertising pictures for this facilities were still online on the hotel website. The hotel reception was more than unfriendly after complaints, the hotel manager was not available. Customer service in this hotel is more than poor!

Very good hotel in silent area near Ostrava. Room and sercives was perfect. Restaurant was also very good. We enjoyed our visit.
Only negative thing was a quite big fee for the pet. 26 euros from the dog was the biggest in our European tour so far.

Check in was fast and they were expecting us. The hotel amenities are wonderful and the staff was lovely. Car park was easy and close. Highly recommend.
