"Horrow show" includes battles with moscitoes in "luxury appartment Ostrava" that actually in basement in old komunistic buildi
We order "luxury apartments" for family with 3 kids. Luxury apartments really is apartment in basement in old building.
Inside is look nice, but carpets are not clean. When we enter we discover dozens of moscitoes. In all rooms, especially in bathroom.
In every place in appartment, we try to bit them all evening.
Kids affraid to enter to toilet and bathrooms.
We cannot open doors of rooms and windows.
It was stuffed air . In addition there is misinformation in description:
there is no soap for body/sampoo eventhough that was promissed in ordering desription.
And no xbox/ps - and it was mentioned in ordering. No mini bar. No good view (grass hill to ground level - because it's basement and no outdoors table, also there aren't place to sit for eating for all family- small tables on the wall). We really try to ignore the moscitoes: we bought 2 biolit for killing moscitos for rooms and it didnt help and spray for body (together additional 400 ck) - without success.
It was awful experience for us and kids. First time we really suffer in booking ordering.
After one night we ask the stuff to fixed problem- but they haven't here rooms free . They told us to put a disinfectant spray - but it's not suitable for normal person and kids.
We cannot stay one more night (kids didn't take shower- that was full of moscitoes and also stuck water in instalation). After one night we decided not to suffer and moved to other property and ask for compensation/partial refund for one night.
Stuff refused and told us that it's not unusual condition (for luxury appartments!!!), ignore our problem and didn't answer more for phones. It's really pity that offer this conditions like forest camping and called it "luxury appartment" in basement area and refused to take responsibility for
not suitable conditions for family at 170 euro for every night in this area (total 345 euro for "horror show"!!!).
So bad experience for huge sum. Only one thing was good in this place- sauna. But maybe it's not so important in summer in comparatively with bitting, showering and sleeping in closed rooms with moscitoes.
We doesn't advise for anyone to get a service in this property (apartment with sauna), especially with kids. We prefered to double pay to another apartment for night again but not suffer in vacation. Bad service, lack of caring and thoughtlessness. In few picture you can see only small amount of moscitoes that kid photos when was in toilet. In basin all time it was 10 dead moscitoes all time at least. We are sorry that we were innocent and hoped for normal reaction and service from stuff, left quickly and not take videos of buttles with moscitoes, walls with blood spreading and dead moscitoes in every places. But everyone can see here in reviews, that day before also family with kids complain about moscitoes bites. P.s. in any place there is no information that you need to pay only in cash. But day before the stuff told us that is a problem with terminal. After we saw in another reviews in Google that it's not a first time problem. Maybe it a choice to do it in this way, so that there will be no cancellations of credit card payments due to dissatisfaction

Do you want to have a proper information about accommodation? Not in this place.
Unfortunately we booked this accommodation without any information about real location of the apartment. On booking there is no one foto of the building. From the point of view of owner - good decision- cause it really can influence the number of guests. So we went to the last floor to the roof, passed through some kind of stairs a half-builded spaces. The apartment I can say was nice inside, but cause of the location and access we decided not to stay there in plus nice lady told us that we are not the first persons who are a bit shocked and that they planed to add some real foto of the place from inside. We where agree to pay cancellation. But not the full price! I think it’s too much for 2 minutes inside and with no proper info from the owner side. However the owner of this flat wasn’t agree even communicate wrote us a rude mail with some blaming speeches and it was strange, cause we wanted just to discuss the situation and to confirm the next steps. So. If if you want to be surprised- not in the nice way, if you want to to communicate with someone really rude in a case of problem - you may come.

He is a rip off!!!!
I booked this apartment 11 months in advance for a world hockey tournement and with 6 weeks to go he cancels and now I have no where to stay and tickets to hockey games and plane ticketes. Don't let people get away with this drop his rating to 1!!!!
