Our wedding was beautiful at Zlatý Orl, everything was great. The staff was helpful and kind, the food was great, the rooms were like in a castle, romantic accommodation, everywhere was clean, nice people, fabulous accommodation, everything was really perfect

Beautiful location, comfortable hotel with unique ambience

Hotel is located on a beautiful spot with nice views. It's decoration has old-fashioned charm. Room was big enough, breakfast tasty (with local specialties). The wellness area was superb and the surrooundings well-kept.

Sleep like a Burggraf

fantastic castle in the Beskydy mountains near the town Ostravice.
Romantic place with excellent restaurant, stylish... Great place for anniversaries, or Valentines...
Perfect base for hiking... Staff is very attentive and friendly. Very wide selection of fine wines is just cherry on the top

Great service, quality restaurant!

Well, we enjoyed the stay very much, great, luxury rooms, quality food in the restaurant's menu and spa are the notable advantages for this hotel. But something was going wrong with the beds, we ordered double bed and it were two separated beds assembled together, which was little bit disappointing in four star hotel, so sleeping quality was close to poor, the beds looked cheap too because of uncomfortable mattresses. Advertised free wifi internet was not available at all rooms, e.g. Nr. 45. And breakfast was nothing special, but okay for Czech Rep. Well staff was very profesional.

Luxus v Beskydech

Very nice hotel and restaurant, very helpful staff. Very quiet place, excellent food. The restaurant is stylishly furnished, like the whole hotel. Fast service, children were given to shortening the time coloring. Hotel for demanding clients and romance. Beautiful mountain views Smrk. I highly recommend a visit to this magical place.
