Very nice new hotel with great service

We had business meeting in this hotel. They provide great service. This hotel has very nice space for meetings and conferences, also big parking place. Hotel is new and tastefully furnished. Location is also great.

Terrible stay — poor service, bad facilities, unpleasant vibe. Not worth it; better options nearby for the same price.

Very unhelpful and unfriendly staff, no available parking spaces, and the rooms are extremely poorly equipped — everything feels old and neglected. The restaurant was also a big disappointment: the food was tasteless and of very low quality, definitely not worth the price.

Just "sleep and go"

It is good place to have a break (and proper sleep) during the long trip. As it was just my option, I booked a single room there. It was probably the smallest single room, I have ever stayed in. There was a bathroom but it was so small that I struggled with closing the door when I was inside!
Breakfast was served in the restaurant located outside (just one minute of walk but you have to find it!) and the options were very limited, however it was good enough to survive until lunch.
Perhaps it all sounds pretty bleak but it is not "bad hotel" and price is very reasonable - just good place to stop for a night and to continue your trip next morning.

Very small room, very unfriendly staff

The room is very small, but both room and bathroom seems to be clean.
Wifi is good.
However, the staffs are very unfriendly, borderline rude (the receptionist and at breakfast). Breakfast included but not worth mentioning.

Clean, comfortable and lovely staff...

I have now stayed 3 times in this hotel and whilst you could not describe it as a luxury hotel it is, nevertheless, a very comfortable place to stay after a long day of travel or business meetings.
I have always received a warm welcome and the second and third times, greeted by name and welcomed back (an important small point when you spend most of your working life travelling).
The rooms are clean and bright, well decorated and equipped. A minibar with reasonably priced drinks is also provided. The bed is comfortable but I would prefer if rooms were available with a double bed rather than twin singles.
The bathrooms are large, spotlessly clean and with lovely, soft white towels - nicely heated and warm.
Next door is the hotel's restaurant - Maxima - and I would heartily recommend a visit - menu in English and a really good choice of Czech and International favourites. The food, when it arrives, is fresh and well prepared and very enjoyable. The draught Pilsner Urquell and the prices are also very easy to swallow. The young restaurant staff are very friendly and professional. Breakfast is served here and is OK - fresh bread and rolls, cheeses and ham and hot sausages and egg. Standard fare really.
There is no hotel bar as such but if you turn left out of the hotel, you'll find a friendly little bar (important for us solo travellers) - RIMINI - filled with locals and a great selection of beers, wines and spirits - again, really good prices for a cheap night out.
I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this hotel.
