the best accommodation for families with children and individuals

Absolutely unique accommodation with exceptional services. As soon as I entered Aqualand Inn, I found myself in a whirlwind of joy. The staff welcomed me with a smile, as if I were a long-awaited guest. In the room, I discovered comfortable and beautiful beds that tempted me to relax. The room had a stunning view of nature. Breakfast was like a symphony of flavors, combining sweet croissants with savory eggs. And when I ventured into the aquapark, it felt like leaping into another dimension – water slides, pools, and water attractions pulled me into their vortex. So, I became part of Aqualand Inn, a place where dreams become reality.” ‍♂️ Thank you to everyone for this truly unique experienc

For those looking for the ultimate level of frustrating clichés and frosty experiences.

Hotel “Frosty Cheek” – A winter fairy tale that invites you to scare
... or not. Where should I start? Speechless would still be too mildly expressed – here we are talking about an experience that is equivalent to the definition of “naughtiness par excellence”!
After booking a “New Year’s Eve package” for a floppy €800 for two adults and one child, I expected sparkle, glamour and above all: Warmth!
Instead, we embarked on a frosty odyssey that could not be better staged even in a disaster movie. ❄️
Let's start with check-in. A truly innovative concept: To get to the hotel, we are forced to leave the building to make our way to reception – at minus 8 degrees Celsius in our bathrobe! A strategic move to make guests feel like they are on a happy winter holiday instead of a frosty ordeal.
And why use the existing connecting doors when you can train the gymnasium ability “running in cold”? ‍♂️
After this “warm” welcome we continued at 15:00: Room allocation – but only for the very patient! ⏳
To find out the room number, we had to march through the freezing air again, because of course the room door opens exclusively with the bracelet already received. ️ As a bonus, you can also clear the entire wardrobe box, otherwise you cannot leave the building – out of the wardrobe, into the cold – the second!
If you think this is the height of absurdity, let’s get to the sunbeds by the pool. ️
If you thought the lounger reserved in the package was per guest, well – forget it!
There were three of us allowed to sit on two loungers and also received only 2 bathrobes. Because here a paying child is not considered a guest.
But this creates at least a charm of community and closeness.
The New Year’s Eve programme started at 19:00 – and believe me, the animation was as lively and exciting as a blank poster. - this one was touted in the package, there was just none.
The food was outstanding and the drinks of exquisite quality, but unfortunately served on plastic dishes.
Bravo, they really thought about the environment and a better ambience – I felt like the fast food buffet of 2038!
And let’s not forget the morning meal. ️ The bath surprisingly opened without notice until 12:00 instead of 10:00. But at least the information was quietly added to the Aquapark homepage at 9:00 am.
But after the obligatory table reserved the day before was not available and we still had separate tables, we were able to use the 2 hour waiting time at the room for joint talks.
Breakfast itself was excellent and offered a generous selection, but the coordination of the hotel definitely leaves much to be desired, ‍♀️
apart from the existing unkindness & cold-mouthedness of many employees.
In summary: If you are looking for the ultimate level of frustrating clichés and frosty experiences, then the “Hotel Frosty Cheek” is for you!
It’s not just a hotel, it’s an overpriced slapstick spectacle that makes even the boldest comedians pale with envy.
Or as we would say: A truly frosty pleasure! ❄️

Relaxation stay

Parking included, clean rooms with a terrace. TV, air conditioning, safe, fridge, coffee set, wc+shower, bathrobes, slippers. Breakfast buffet, gluten-free pastries, sparkling wine, dinner buffet according to the number of guests.
Parking ok unless all houses are occupied.
The downside is when the weather is bad. The restaurant is approx. 150m across the outdoor area.
Helpful staff.

Nice hotel

Check in was smooth and friendly, we were able to get into our room at noon instead of 3pm. Rooms are big, clean and modern. View is great, you get a chip watch and you enter everywhere and pay for everything with it.
Downside is there are no shops nearby, so you rely on Minibar fridge. We also weren’t able to get breakfast anywhere as Aqua land only opened at 10am. There is cool place next door with bars, watersports and kids stuff, but you have to pay 100kc a day entrance.

Room cleaners let hotel down

Family of 4, Rooms are compact but give everything you need, the proximity to Aqualand is a short walk (aqualand is great for family fun), Breakfast is good, the room keys are used for paying and entering everything on the resort which is very convenient. Unfortunately the room cleaners not only failed to clean our room after repeated requests, they then proceeded to argue their corner, and went out of their way to let their feelings known, placing the blame on us, the guests. Its impossible to guess the reasoning. The hotel were good at apologizing, but in passing the cleaners in the car park in the evening they continued to make their feelings felt. Incredible attitude towards guests of the hotel. Didn’t spoil our stay but left a sour taste, hence the 3 stars
