Tento hotel jsme si vybrali pro rodinnou oslavu z důvodu krásného prostředí , vyžití pro děti jak za hezkého počasí tak i za deště.
Hotel je opravdu hezky zasazen do přírody , má bowling , welness, bazén , příjemnou restauraci a zahrádku s hřištěm , kde si můžete zahrát fotbal , basketbal , tenis ard. Plus opodál je nově vystavěné místečko pro Vaše ratolesti.
Co se týče celkové komunikace ohl.hostiny , organizace , výzdoby a servisu , tak jsme byli nadšení .
Jídlo bylo super a moc děkujeme naší obsluze, sympatickému číšníkovi , který i přes to , že na to zůstal sám , tak se nám věnoval a nic nám nechybělo.
Moc rádi se vrátimé co v nejbližší době na další oslavu a doufáme , že obsluha a kuchaři budou stejny jako 29.9. ☺️

Good place to stay

Hotel is situated in a very nice place but the village is strange. The hotel is near a small golf field, very modern, nice tennis courts. We have chosen this hotel because of wellness area which I checked per phone. The room was ready and very comfortable, clean, restaurant was also very nice, the food was excellent, breakfast normal. I loved the sound of frogs at night, you do not hear it very often in these days. But the wellness was booked for another private client and we were not allowed to enter in. The hotel is fine but the staff needs more training.

Nice wellness

When we came to the hotel, we checked in and had dinner. The meal was fine. The hotel reastaurant has happy hours from 2pm to 5pm. In spite of tha fact, taht we made the order five minutes before 5pm, the waiter put the order into the computer at 5 o´clock and one minute, so we did not get the happy hour price.
After dinner we went to the hotel wellness, which was fantastic. It is new, nice and clean. You have there a swimming pool, a whirlpool, two types of sauna and a rest room.
Next morning we went for breakfast. Breakfast whould have been prepared at 7:30. We camse at 7:45 and it was still not prepared so we had to wait a couple of minutes.
In spite of these few unpleasent experiences I give the rating Average, because the wellness was really nice and the price was appropriate.

Sehr unangenehmes Klima im Zimmer, schwül

Hotelzimmer sind schön renoviert in weiß - schwarz. Aber in der Mitte des Zimmer liegt ein Balken. Bettlaken mit Löcher, einige Löcher waren verbessert. Pfitzen im Bad, es tropfte Wasser aus der Decke durch Lüftung. Es regnete auch zwischen Wand und Fenster ins Zimmer. Handtuch und Badetuch war nicht für jeden Gast. Alten verfärbten Handtuch wa die Badematte. Spinenetz hatten wir auch. ***Hotel bis 2.Stock braucht kein Lift, aber so hohe Decken und erhöchtes Erdgeschoß war ein Sportleistung. Die Dame an der Rezeption spricht mit Gästen wie mit kleinen Kindern. Laute Musik bis 2 Uhr, Schränke haben sich bewegt. Wellnessbereicht war geschlossen, obwohl dürfte schon auf sein, ohne Preisminderung. Personal trägte kein Mundschutz - trotz Hotspot Gebiet. Frühstück war auch leider als Büffet. Auf eigenen Seiten keine Aktualitäten, wichtig wäre z.B. dass Hotel geht nur von eine Seite der Straße erreichen, wenn wird von der andere Seite gefahren, muss man für 14 Tagen ins Quarantene. Luft im Zimmer war sehr unangenehm, ging nicht auslüften, am Nachmittag, am Abend, am Morgen durch Sonne wie im Treibhaus. Luft im Zimmer war unser Hauptgrung warum sind wir eher weggereißt. Geld für die nicht verbrachte Nacht haben wir zurück bekommen, Rabatt für das schlaflose Nacht nicht.
