Excellent

Very good place, good location, the stay has been amazing, the hotel has parking, breakfast included, the staff very friendly good cleanliness, the truth that when I saw the comments I got a little scared but the truth is not at all as they say you can tell that it has improved quite a bit

I arrived late so actually stayed in their sister hotel off the town square. Rustic but good size room. Substantial breakfast.

Very good

This hotel has excellent service and a superb restaurant with a tasty menu. A variety of luxurious rooms and fully equipped apartments cater to all needs, both short and long-term. The hotel has an ideal location in the heart of Biscay, making it close to sights, restaurants, and cafes, ensuring a comfortable and distinctive stay.

Big disappointment, never again!!

It is difficult to rate this hotel because it is not really a hotel, but just a place to sleep. It offers no service, no reception, no staff and no contact person. The shower is very slippery, high risk of accidents. There was no breakfast in the hotel, we had to go to another hotel for breakfast. There (in the Hotel City) the breakfast room had damp walls with mold. I have never had such a bad experience. On top of that, the owner of the hotel was bottomless and arrogant.
