The Hotel I Liked :)

This review is a part of my July holiday stay in Podebrady (the Spa Town).
My first hotel where I stayed was Hotel Bellevue Tlapak.
Everything --- incl. my room, a room location view (got a front - sun set side, but would prefer a sun rise side), all the equipment, rich breakfasts and a-la-carte dinners (3 choices:-) included in my spa package --- was fine.

Very Good Hotel in Podebrady

We stayed for three nights when visiting Podebrady in November. Our stay was part of a spa package. All services and all hotel facilities were of very high quality and we were very satisfied with our stay. Thank you very much.

I was there twice

I like this hotel, I return there in this summer, with my small dog, personal is friendl, kitchen is better then on the spring, only drinks are, how I may say that wierd, personal isnt comfortable do it.

Restored Art Deco guestrooms

The public areas have yet to be fully restored but the guest rooms are lovely and full of natural light. Great location on the midway with good shops and restaurants nearby. Hotel restaurant was not good but there was plenty of good food just steps away. Handy location for train travelers, too.

Flower Clock tells me hour & date !

Located on the Spa Park midway between train station and the Castle this Hotel has nice, airy, spacious,sunny rooms. I stayed in low season so the Wine Cellar was out, sauna was renovated, very few guests in the restaurant, selection at breakfast & dinner modest but always fresh, tasty; still best get there early - food tends to run out.Good mineral water is served with dinner and that hotel rarity - tea !
Variety of Spa procedures offered, I didn`t try any, even pool use has to be part of a procedure package.
Tiny elevator has no inner door - keep clear, no Lobby , make do with a couple of sofas at Reception, corner tables in the restaurant or few armchairs on floors.
Staff pleasant, helpful, local info on request. Couple of supermarkets nearby, cafes, beer bars, shops, no change offices in town (banks or hotels only).
Prague is 3 train stops and less than an hour away - yes, it`s a go !
Overall a pleasant stay.
