Loved it!

A huge Thank you to the Kaiser Hostel manager and staff! We enjoyed our stay in the hostel to the fullest!
The rooms are spacious, clean, the bed sheets are good, wi-fi is fast and stable, hot water all day around, showers and WC are separated which makes it more convenient, both are clean and great to use.
The kitchen is well organized, though we didn't use it much. Two fridges, lots of plates/glasses/cups, everything is always clean and dry, ready to use. Plus a TV in the dining area :-)
Overall, loved it! If we ever visit Prague again, we'll stay at the Kaiser for sure!

Misled and Sharing Nightmare

When I booked this hotel my booking confirmed balcony. Um nope. Dark and stuffy room. Shared toilet, bathroom and Kitchen completely cluttered by other occupants belongings and they drank partied all night to the point I felt I couldn’t leave the room to use the loo. I arrived 10pm and was being joined by my 21 yr old daughter and friend next day for a 2 night stay. No way was I bringing her here to this place.
I checked out two days early as soon as first morning hit at a loss of $300!! Couldn’t stay there another night, they (apartment) also refused to compensate. Worse place I have ever booked. I read the reviews on here first they weren’t too bad, please don’t be fooled like me, worse place. Booking.com no better only offering to compensate measly €50

Smelly residents and staff and hostel

The whole facility and everyone in it smells of curry, however the showers were nice and there was a nice toilet , hope you sort your smelly staff out. My couple enjoyed the location however I still thought it was to far

Meget uprofessionelt

Den ene stjerne er givet for beliggenhed og pæne værelser.
Derudover var det primært dårlige oplevelser primært i form af en meget uprofessionel og uhjælpsom vært.
Der var manglende/forskellig information på hhv. booking.com, info i fælleskøkken og info på værelset, som alle tre sagde noget forskelligt i forhold til husregler osv.
Da vi bookede var det i troen om, at det var en lejlighed, det viste sig at vær et hostel, så vi måtte dele bad og toilet med andre.
WIFI virkede ikke, og dette blev ikke bragt i orden på trods af værten blev informeret herom.
Vi oplevede, at de to andre vi delte lejlighed med stjal nogle af vores toiletartikler, dette var værten overhovedet heller ikke interesseret i at hjælpe os med at løse.
De samme to beboere klagede desuden over larm fra vores værelse (vi boede lige ud til en stor hovedvej med sporvogn mm.), på trods af vi hverken har hørt musik, råbt el. lign. Denne klage tog værten blot for gode varer uden at forhøre sig hos os, og afleverede en seddel om, at vi ville blive smidt ud for egen regning hvis det skete igen.
Alt i alt en meget uheldig oplevelse i en ellers fantastisk by.

Yders uhøflig vært

Beliggenheden er perfekt i forhold til gåafstand ind til byen, man skal dog være opmærksom på at Studio 2 er hostel, dvs man deler med andre. Dette var vi ikke klar over.
Værelset var stort, men pga placering er der utrolig meget larm fra gaden dag og nat.
Wi-fi duede ikke, og værten forholdte sig ikke til dette.
Der er forskellige advarsler, hvis man ikke overholder diverse regler, hvilket vi dog gjorde. Der står forskellige ting på værelset, i fælles køkkenet og på booking.com. Dette skal man være obs på.
Vi boede sammen med to piger, som valgte at klage over os uvidende til os, da kun mødte dem en gang. Dette betød vi fik en seddel med trussel om at blive smidt ud. Skal siges de to andre piger kendte værten. Vi var ikke enige i denne klage, men dette ville værten ikke høre på, tværtimod. Pigerne endte med at stjæle fra os, dette kunne værten ej heller tage sig af. Værten var yderst uhøflig og overhovedet ikke interesseret i at hjælpe os. Skal siges vi alle er familie mennesker omkring de 40 år, så vi festede ikke på værelset. Drak en øl når vi kom hjem, inde på værelset og ikke køkkenet for ikke at larme, og gik derefter i seng. Hvordan klagen opstod, venter vi stadig på at høre fra værten, som har valgt ikke at svare os på dette.
