The place was an absolute grab for the toilet and we felt like we had booked this on Wish!
We arrived at the hotel and called the property regarding the parking (this was previously told to us by the hotel)
The lady on the phone was just unfriendly and even yelled at me because it is not yet 14:00, checkin is only at 14:00 but only 13:48.
Then a man came out visibly unmotivated and directed us to the parking lot whereby he could not even draw our attention to the fact that the car does not run out and said all the time just goes already, the underbody of the car was damaged by this action because we had relied on the statements of the man.
Then we were busy finding a parking space in Prague and we went back to the hotel where the first warning for the accommodation should have been the smashed windows. We had to call the very unfriendly lady again because the man had suddenly disappeared and also did not respond to the ringing at the entrance , we went to the “reception” if you can call it that at all on the way there was a really bad smell and the reception itself looked like it was already old and run down in my grandmother’s time.
At that point we thought “no matter we’re just here to sleep it can’t be that bad”, this changed drastically on the way to the room.
Our room was in the last corner in the basement with flickering light and it was very reminiscent of the scenes in a horror movie where everyone just thinks that is obviously that something has to happen here and was zero comparable to what kind of pictures were uploaded to Booking.
It was moldy, when opening the drawer it flew towards us everything was dirty in places and in the sink were still hair from the previous tenant and the “soap” in the bathroom was also anything but usable. The crowning glory of the room was that ants were crawling all over the window sills. We stayed a maximum of 15 min in this room and these we spent looking for a new hotel.
If you could give away zero stars, this would be too much.
Although it must be said that we do not have high demands for accommodation, as we are only here to sleep.

Best dingy basement in Prague!!
Yes, it is cheap. But so are many others accommodations in Prague. I stayed in a family room, in the basement of the building across the hall.
It was spacious for one, but for 4 would have been tight! One wardrobe with few hangers; no cupboard for clothing, no furniture inside the bathroom (that is frankly gloomy). It was clean but without a "homey" touch: not the sort of place you wish to chill out..... It looks as if it is furnished and equipped with the cheapest stuff they could find: wobbly metal beds, thin mattresses, and pillows so old and broken they don't serve any purpose. And absolutely no noise insulation: I can live with minimal decor/furniture, but hearing the neighbors, residents, washing machine late at night through the thin walls is just infuriating!
Great location! A tram stop is literally a minute away from the hostel, making the discovery of Prague a breeze! Walking distance to the old center and Charles Bridge, brilliant!
Check-in: no-one was there when I arrived. One needs to call the owner/manager. Good luck to those who did not get an international sim card!! The man was friendly enough but seemed in a rush to go back to whatever I interrupted him....
The fact that the owner/manager is requesting guests to leave a 10 as feedback shows how out-of-touch he/she is with the product he/she is offering.
