A hotel with a great location & charming staff

I'd booked a city break through Hays Travel & looked at the hotel reviews before going. They were awful! I was quite concerned but on arriving I was pleasantly relieved! The hotel is in a great location for the Old Town & Charles Bridge. The rooms were spotlessly clean & comfortable. The staff were charming, helpful & friendly. Breakfast offered a good, wide continental selection. We would be more than happy to stay there again, the best recommendation you can give.

Stag do central hotel!! Got zero sleep from the noise of other guests blasting out music, screaming and talking loud some other guest left there own faeces outside there room from their bedding

Basic. More like a hostel

Hotel is more like a hostel really. We arrived and the dour looking guy at the desk didn't even say "Hello". Just demanded our passports. The room was fine. It was clean as was the bathroom but both were small. Breakfast was fine and Continental style. Despite its name it isn't very central. No atmosphere and it would have been nice to have some communal areas.

Like we were in Prague in a bad hotel.

I only liked the proximity to the center. Everything else was really bad. Breakfast is best left out. The staff at breakfast is bad.
