Very good visit
Great location, close to bus stops and metro station,but also not too far to walk into Old Town Square.
Rooms are fantastic, lots of space, comfy beds.
Great value for our visit in the height of summer.
Cleaning staff did a great job.
We had no issues with noise except for the last morning with roadworks, but not the hotel's fault.
Great amenities and the staff we dealt with were lovely.
Would definitely visit again.

4 Star Hotel? Absolutely not.
Firstly I just want to preface this by saying the staff are wonderful, super helpful and accommodating and a credit to the hotel.
But there is absolutely no conceivable way that this hotel should be allowed to continue to call itself a 4 star (which is how it's sold on easyjet holidays and many other travel websites).
The room you actually arrive into, and stay in, are TOTALLY different to the rooms you may have been online when booking. It's basically misrepresentation at this point. They're clean(ish) and decently sized but they are incredibly out of date in terms of both decor and amenities for a "4 star hotel"
The air conditioning advertised in the hotel website isn't actually air conditioning - I don't know what it is but it didn't really help with the temperature in the room. Plus the side mounted showers meant you have to be an Olympic gymnast to get the shower head to actually aim at you.
Also be very wary of the fact that if you're travelling solo like me, the doors do not have any internal locking mechanism - entry is via a 4 digit pin code given to you at check in but there is no dead bolt, chain or lock you can use to further secure the door when you're in the room. Very strange and I'd advise solo travellers to bear that in mind.
The location is great, there's some nice restaurants around the area and getting around the city was fairly simple.
But please do not book this expecting anything even close to a 4 star hotel - because, like me, you'll be sorely disappointed.

Last spring, we opened three newly renovated floors, which may unfortunately cause some differences between the rooms shown online and those in the older parts of the hotel. We are gradually renovating the remaining rooms as well, although this is a very costly and long-term process.

Worst hotel
After 10 days of great experience in Budapest, Bratislava and Brno these 3 days of staying in this hotel was a real disappointment. No availability to adjust the air conditioner in the rooms, in the middle of summer. So they change our room. After changing the room, there was a problem with the hot water. Not hot water in our room and we were taking showers with cold water.The problem persist until the last day. So sorry but I give a minus 5 stars for this hotel.

Good hotel
Good location close to most major attraction. Tram access less than a minute from the hotel and easy access to the Palladium mall.
The room was very clean and pristine but the water for the shower was a bit on the cold side (room on 5th floor).
The staff were brilliant and right from check in made the city fell easy to get round.
