CRAZYY
The staff was always helpful and nice. They helped me with every question I had. The activities they have for the guests are nice. Unfortunately, I didn't took part in many but I can guarantee that it's worth going.
The floor wasn't that clean but everything else good. If, possible maybe they could add more pillows or just a bigger one.
It was good and I recommend going there. I do believe in future I would stay there again.

Thank you so much for your kind and detailed review — we really appreciate you taking the time to share your experience with us.
We’re happy to hear that you enjoyed our location and the forest behind the hostel, as well as the privacy curtains in the rooms. It’s also great to know that our staff and activities made a positive impression on your stay.
Thank you as well for the feedback regarding cleanliness and the pillows. We’re already passing this along to our housekeeping team, and we’ll look into improving the pillow situation to make future stays even more comfortable.
We’re glad you would stay with us again, and we’d love to welcome you back anytime!
Safe travels and thanks again for your recommendation.

Rude and unprofessional Receptionist
I arrived at the hostel at approximately 2:00 AM. During check-in, the staff member asked where I was from. When I responded that I am from Greece, he replied that he was from "Macedonia." I politely corrected him, noting that the official name is "North Macedonia," as I am from the region of Macedonia in Greece. He immediately became confrontational and insisted—against all diplomatic and factual accuracy—that he was from "Macedonia." It is entirely inappropriate for a hotel employee to engage a guest in a politically charged argument, particularly one rooted in a sensitive and internationally recognized dispute. I was exhausted and chose not to escalate the matter, but his overall behavior was rude, unprofessional, and completely unfit for the hospitality industry.
Unfortunately, the situation deteriorated further when I was checking out in the middle of the night. I was struggling to find a taxi and asked the same staff member for assistance. He claimed he didn’t know any local taxi companies, and then added that he could not call a taxi for me because he "didn’t have credit"—referring, astonishingly, to the hostel’s landline phone. This excuse was both unacceptable and irresponsible. Because of his refusal to help, I was placed in a stressful and vulnerable position and nearly missed my flight as a result.
The individual in question, whom I unfortunately do not know by name, has a beard and long black and gray hair. His overall attitude was dismissive, unhelpful, and entirely incompatible with the standards expected of someone working in a guest-facing role.
I have over 35,000 followers on TikTok and will be making a video to share this experience—not to target the hostel, which overall was lovely—but to raise awareness about the kind of behavior that should not be tolerated in any professional setting. I strongly urge management to take this matter seriously and ensure that all staff are properly trained in professionalism, guest service, and basic courtesy.
Thank you for your attention

Super hostel
The hostel is quite well located in the city, in about fifteen or twenty minutes you are in the extra center.
The rooms are basic but nice, the beds are nice and the bathrooms/toilets are clean.
There are two small “kitchens” if needed with a seating area. A good terrace is also available for multiple meetings.
The receptionists are on top. Little extra for Nour with whom we had a good chat and had good times as well as being good advice for some activities in town.
