Reception and security have been nil and abysmal

The facilities leave much to be desired, it is dirty and security is nil. We partied and when we returned we found two homeless people in our beds. Despite trying to contact the reception staff we found ourselves obliged to call the police. After kicking them out none could sleep in fear and we waited at 8 am for the reception to open. Waiting for a solution to be provided, we find attention that is far from the minimum standards. Amid shouting and complaining about claiming our money he made our comb and repeatedly insulted us. I do not recommend the experience at all. We did not get compensation or reimbursement and we had to call the police again so we could take action on the matter. Finally, we have seen bed bugs.

Dont come here

Despite being cheap, this place is dirty, the toiletts do not have locked doors, you have to bring your own towel and you have to pay for a locker. Stay safe!

We were afraid.

We shared a room with the group of people who found homeless people in his bed, please go to another hostel, in this one there is no reception service at night and anyone can sneak you into the rooms and common spaces during this time. We had a very scary time, we also saw bed bugs. The gentleman at the reception is crazy and started shouting at the group of people who called the police to kick the homeless out of their bed.

Dirty and incompetent staff

The worst hostel ever, I'm so glad it was only one night,
first of all everything is dirty and filthy but the worst is that they never gave me my ID back, receptionist should get training, what an incompetent guy.
I would just recommend you to stay away from this place, for a little bit more of money you can get anywhere else. And for sure there is nothing worse in the whole Czech Republic.

Not recommended

The only good thing about this hostel is the nice reception guy who helped for carrying luggages.
The atmosphere doesn’t feel safe. The bed sheets are not fresh and I got backache sleeping on the bed. There isn’t soap in the toilet and my food was eaten out of refrigerator!!
