Ancient Ambience
First I should say that I like my stay because of the ambience of the hotel, and how old it was.
There were three different rooms as lobby, like old living rooms.
There was an electric kettle and a microwave oven anyone could use in the lobby.
The breakfast rooms were also nicely decorated, and the breakfast was good.
The hotel is located in a street with many shops with local brands which have reasonable price, and a tram stop is just nearby.
My room was so small, and the internet quality was so bad that I used my mobile data all time.And my mattress was so loose I could not sleep properly

Avoid!
Me and my partner were supposed to stay at the GEO-Hotel for two nights but packed our bags after one. The pictures the Hotel provides look nice and at least on booking.com the reviews aren't as bad. But it seems it depends on pure luck whether you get a nice room.
The bathroom had a strong musty smell to it as the ventilation did not work and it had no windows. You could either choose to keep the door closed and have the smell in the bathroom become even stronger or open the door and have it seep into the room itself.
The beds were pretty comfortable taking into account that both mattresses lay on makeshift bedframes. Vinohrady is a nice district but its loud. So good luck sleeping with open windows (there is no AC in the room). If you manage to fall asleep fear not - the curtains don't keep any light out so you won't be asleep for long.
The shower door was broken and replaced with a shower curtain, the shower itself was old the condition of it wasn't great, there were toe nails from former guests lying in a corner of the room, the door didn't look that safe, as you could see signs of it being broken open before. The ceiling light was so dim, it didn't provide enough light for anything. You'll have to hand over your room keys each time you leave the Hotel. When returning we weren't asked to provide any proof that we were actually staying at the place and were just handed the keys. The staff was friendly so at least that's that.
One of the lights in the elevator seemed to want to leave as well, as it was hanging out of it's socket. The light in the staircase didn't work properly as well. The hotel might have been a nice place some many years ago but it's pretty decrepit now and not worth staying. Even if it's cheap and only for one night. There are better places in Prague (more expensive places but also cheaper ones!) and I can only strongly advise you to stay away from this Hotel as it has to potential to ruin your holidays.

Trip to Prague
Old structure... quite far from the centre.
The lady at the reception was not very nice....especially after returning in the evening we realized that they hadn't made the room......
The breakfast was good... better to have it in the hotel... it's complicated outside... it costs €10 each.

Avoid!
I didn't want to believe the bad reviews so came here with an open mind seeing as I was coming here for business. When I first checked in staff were friendly and my room was perfect for the first night, there was no issues it was incredibly clean, WiFi was great and all you could want from a hotel. Then it went downhill extremely fast.
The next day after checking in, the staff said that they gave me the wrong room and I needed to move immediately. So I packed up my things and was prepared to get a new room, I was not allowed the new room until 3pm and seeing as they had no secure luggage storage they made me leave my belongings in a seating area open for all guests for the entire day while I was out. My new room was incredibly dirty, the curtains had holes in and didn't fit the window, the shower doors seal was hanging off and the lock was broken. I even found somebodies toe nail clippings behind a set of drawers. The WiFi didn't work anymore unless I was sat at the end of the bed, and funnily enough if I had my phone case on it would be limited connection until I took it off. House keeping changed the sheets every 5 days, which was ridiculous when knowing house keeping dragged around a shopping cart full of fresh bedding every day. What infuriated me during my time here was that one day I came back from a day of site seeing to having to make my own bed because house keeping cleaned every other area of the room but the bed.
For the entire two weeks breakfast was cold hot dogs, or rice with hot dogs in it. With some cheese, selection of lunch meats and bread. Personally I didn't think the breakfast was fresh after a couple days because there was one too many occasions where the bread was stale or on the verge of becoming moldy. The coffee machine also barely worked. I wasn't the only guest who resorted to going to the grocery store Alberts next door for breakfast after a while. Since my stay I never want to see or eat a hot dog again.
By the end of my stay the staffs friendliness was diminished. I was under the impression that I would be staying one more night than was actually planned. There was a rule that you had to hand your key to reception before leaving the premises every day and that day the staff didn't give me a casual reminder that I was checking out that day which would be normal in any other hotel. Instead they rang my coordinator saying that I haven't checked out and I will be charged for not doing so. Quickly running back to the room the house keeping had thrown all my stuff, which was unpacked, outside of the room while they cleaned it. While I was already panicking about the entire situation, all the staff could do was laugh at me while I packed. They gave me 2 options pay 50 euros to stay an extra night or pay 10 euros to check out. After all the staff laughed at me I chose the cheapest option because no establishment should ever treat guests so poorly. Despite multiple complaints by my coordinator, no issues were ever fixed and the owner made up multiple excuses to not solve the issues.
There is so many different hotels in Prague which are closer to all the tourist attractions. On the door they claim they are TripAdvisor recommended; no idea how. But all I can recommend is avoiding this place. At one point I think this might have been a good hotel but unfortunately over time I think staff have stopped caring.

Worst experience ever!!!
Unfortunately I can’t write anything good about the hotel. It was the worst experience I ever had!. The shower was broken. Lights of the bathroom burst the second day. One of the staff fixed it however the third day the light of the room burst too and nobody came to fix it. But the most important problem was that I COULDN’T SLEEP AT ALL! There is a deposit centre (supermarket I guess) beside the hotel! From the very early morning (5am) every night there was an unsupportable noise coming from that building. The noise was so strong that windows were almost shaking moreover they were listen music from the radio at very high volume during their job. The second day I asked politely if it would be possible to change the room. I was at the room 107 (first floor) so I thought that probably another room in the opposite side of the hotel would be better and the noise would be less than it was but the staff (a woman with blonde hair) didn’t help me at all. She just said me that she would speak with the manager and let me know but she didn’t. The purpose of this trip was to enjoy the city and relax a bit but this hotel was anything except relax!. Breakfast was very poor.
