Loved the ambience of this hotel, and the location was so central to a lot of great places. The staff were friendly and they made sure to have gluten free bread available to me for the continental breakfast each morning. They were also quite knowledgeable about what else was gluten free aside from the provided bread.

Milk was not replaced. I like to make a cup of tea in the mornings before breakfast. I could have rung room service but you are busy with breakfast in the morning. Mini bar was replaced.
Toilet paper & tissues were rough. For the money you could afford softer tissues. No bath mat replaced so we used hand towel. Staff nice.

Almost everything at hotel is 5 star, but not the rooms. They are tiny and a little outdated.
