Very nice hotel in a really nice area. The place was clean and the staff were very friendly. The breakfast selection is good.

It was good. The first night, there were a lot of mishaps, and I was moved to a top-floor room the second night. Overall, I'd say the hotel is 3-star and not 4-star. The staff was helpful, and the breakfast was good.

Lovely stay!

We stayed here for three nights and it was amazing. It was close to the town centre and main train station with good transport links. Check in was very easy and the staff were very helpful. The room was very big and lovely to sleep in. The bathroom was massive and had anything you might need. The breakfast had a very good range of cooked food and pastries, stock did run low a couple of times but we did come nearer to the end of breakfast time. Very good value for money and we highly recommend!

The receptionist was extremely helpful and spoke excellent English. Our cleaning lady did not speak English but understood our request and met it with a smile. The breakfast staff were friendly too.
A small supermarket opposite the street was a great place for necessities and the people were very friendly.
Transport links were straight forward at a very fair price. We will definitely be returning to Prague!

The room was spacious and the bed comfortable. I liked having the kettle and refrigerator. The location was convenient for my purposes.
