Staff were wonderful, efficient and friendly. Not really any shops nearby. But Palladium shopping centre was about 1000 steps away. The trams and subway were very close.

We had an overall very pleasant stay at INNSiDE Hotel in Prague. The breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of options, and the staff were consistently friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our visit. The hotel has a modern feel, and many aspects met expectations for a four-star property.
That said, there are a few areas that could be improved. The pillows were not very comfortable, and even the “memory foam” options didn’t feel like true memory foam. The mattress was also less comfortable than others we experienced during our trip, and the rounded edges made it easy to slide off if you got too close to the side—we actually had to adjust how we slept to avoid this. The in-room TV was a smart TV but lacked Chromecast or easy screen-sharing functionality, which is something we would typically expect at this level. The gym was quite small and limited, essentially accommodating only one person at a time, and the treadmill generated noticeable static electricity during use. Overall, it’s a good hotel with a lot going for it, but a few upgrades could make the experience significantly better.

A modern and fresh hotel, close by to city center.
It was very clean. Nice and spacious rooms.
Great breakfast.
Close to city center by walking distance.
Quiet area with one way road so almost no traffic.
Very friendly and service minded staff.
We got double booked so needed to change room during our stay. Not the most comfortable thing during a short stay. First they weren’t that easy trying to solve the problem but right person (Clara?) in the right position made our stay unforgettable.
