Overall, it wasn’t the worst but I found a couple things subpar even for this price.
The reception staff were friendly and helpful.
The location is 11/10 and is a big reason why I booked here. And even though there were some things I was unhappy with, the location really is the main selling point so I can forgive a lot.
The biggest pain points for me were how loud all the room doors are as people coming in and out at night woke me up a lot.
Additionally, the breakfast selection was at times pretty weird? Who eats plain boiled potatoes for breakfast? Also, they need to buy a bigger coffee machine.
Other than that, as most people visiting Prague will only come here to have a bed and a shower, it serves its purpose well.
If they would refine their breakfasts and refurbish some of the wear and tear in the rooms it would be 5 stars.

Avoid this hotel: nasty carpet, cheap, no change of towels or sheets in 4 days, staff ignored our requests, the room had a smell. We had two rooms and both were in bad condition. They offered other rooms and they looked the same. Bathtub is slippery, NO shower at all. Non speaking English person at the reception.
It was a very bad experience for our two week trip in Europe. Worst hotel

Warning! They will overcharge you!

I had already paid online, and my receipt said "includes taxes and charges". However, at check in, they charged me an additional tax of Kc 200. They refused to check me in until I paid it. I have notified the site I used to book this room, and they are now investigating. This has never happened to me before at any other hotel, in the Czech Republic or elsewhere. I advise you to stay somewhere else unless you want to get scammed like I was.

When we made the booking, it said daily cleaning. But towels were only changed every 3 days! They didn't even take out the trash after 2 days. They only brought toilet paper. The towels were old. At breakfast, the orange juice was just water every day.
Very friendly and helpful at reception.

Large two-bedroom apartment with kitchenette, very large bathroom, great service and excellent breakfast, all at a very reasonable price.
