Fantastic Location

Fantastic location with easy walking to all attractions. Shopping and dining options easily accessible by foot.
We are a family of four and the apartment was very spacious and well laid out. We stayed in the "penthouse" which had amazing views of Prague. This apartment had everything you need for either a short or long stay.
The only comments I would make is that owners need to fix both shower heads as it it is not easy to shower. The only other issue was that one of the beds was very squeaky.
I would highly recommend this apartment as a base to explore the beautiful city of Prague.

Dear Glenn, Our maintenance staff is going to check the beds and the shower heads, if necessary fix or change them. We appreciate your feedback as these help us identify issues that we need to attend to. Hope to welcome you in Prague again. Best Wishes

Poor!

I stayed with my husband for one night 29th August and we had the penthouse apartment (11). I will start with positives. Huge spacious apartment, fab view, comfy bed and good air conditioning. Now for the negatives. Biggest complaint was the fact we had no hot water and contacted the host who seemed disinterested, asking if the boiler was on. Yes it was and that was not helpful! No offer as to how to resolve (perhaps a visit??) and that was the only communication we had despite trying to call and message numerous times. I felt grateful we were only staying one night as not being able to shower after sight seeing in 30c heat was not good! Also a window had been left wide open allowing two grasshoppers in, one of which I found in the bed and nearly slept with. No need to leave windows open with air con. The apartment was tired and did not smell the best. The fab view will not temp me back. Very disappointed with the people managing this property!!! Customer service not high on the list of priorities. Still now we have had no apology or response!! Not a cheap apartment either considering the other accommodation on offer (with basics such as hot water). I wonder if the guests the next night had the same problem on account of the fact no one was willing to come out and fix the issue, probably!

Unsafe terrace with smashed glass

Very unhappy that a company I trust rented this apartment with an unsafe terrace with smashed safety glass for a family trip with 2 children.
I complained at checkin and were not warned before arrival. Why would we want a luxury apartment with terrace we cannot use.

12 shared 2 apartments

We had just come from Budapest after spending 3 days there, and was very disappointed when we arrived at these apartments, as we all had to sit in the reception for an hour waiting for the agency to send someone to let us in the apartments . The reception staff were miserable and unhelpful. The apartments were ok but the agency that was supposed to look after us failed miserably.
We all agreed we would never go back there as we asked for a cot and high chair and had to wait yet another hour for them to bring these to us!!!.

Thank you for taking the time to write a review. In Krakovska 9, the reception belongs to the building and not to our company. They provide our guests with keys to their apartments immediately upon arrival. We will investigate why you had to wait so long to receive your keys since this should not happen.
We provide our guests with a baby cot and high chair free of charge. Guests usually let us know prior to their arrival if they are travelling with a baby so that we can prepare the apartment for them before their check-in. I sincerely apologize that you had to wait so long for your keys and I hope that otherwise your vacation in Prague was a memorable one.

Nice place

The pent house is big and cozy, even with 2 washrooms. It is well equipped and clean, but the washing machine is not working. 24hr reception, convenient from subway, and I guess very safe also, cuz just next to the police office :)
