****
The rooms are modern, clean and cosy at the same time – perfect both for relaxing and for working. Everything is very well maintained and spotlessly clean. The rooms are cleaned professionally every day, and we really appreciate the little details such as lovely-smelling soaps and various cosmetic and hygiene amenities.
The breakfast is excellent, with a good choice of food and, most importantly, great coffee! The rooms have everything you need: air conditioning, a kettle with tea and coffee, a hairdryer, etc. There is also Netflix and YouTube available in addition to the usual TV channels, which is a nice bonus. We especially like the little details that make the hotel feel special – the lovely quotes on the walls and the lighting above the beds. The beds are very comfortable, and the duvets, pillows and bed linen are always spotlessly clean and fresh. The reception staff are very friendly and helpful. They let us leave our luggage before check-in, and when our room was ready, we were able to check in a little earlier, which we really appreciated. The only minor downside is that some rooms are quite close to each other, so you can occasionally hear some noise from neighbouring rooms. However, this was not really an issue for us and we did not experience any significant noise during our stay. The location in Prague 1 is excellent, and another big advantage is the reasonable price, especially for a family with children compared with many other hotels in the area.

HORRIBLE DIRTY
We arrived and paid a supplement for a DELUXE room, and it was a real dump, the room in a catastrophic state, cracks in the walls, curtains full of stains, the bathroom sink disgusting, so I went to the reception showing the photos and saying that this is not acceptable, so she gave us a standard room, which is slightly better and even then, the floor dirty with hair, the shower head full of limescale, in short, I therefore ask for a refund of the surplus I had paid, of course he answers me that I have to wait 10 days, but it is unacceptable, to collect the money they did not wait 10 days, in short, dirty hotel, and they are thieves, so move along, do not come here at all.

Terrible
Also soundproofing to next doors is 0. Think twice if booking room.
