Old Town Square Apartments
The Old Town Square Apartments are located right in the historic center of Prague, only 656 feet from Old Town Square and the famous Astronomical Clock. Most of the apartments have 2 or 3 separated bedrooms and can accommodate 2 to 8 people.

Check in is awkward as reception is about a 15 minute walk from the actual apartments. Got a taxi from airport to reception and check in process was about 10 minutes.
We arrived early, approximately 10.00, so had to leave cases at a nearby hotel (€5 per case or bag) as we couldn't get access to apartment until 15.00.
Got a message saying PIN code to get in to property would be available at 14.30. So we went back to pick up our cases and walked to apartments - not a pleasant walk in 28⁰ heat with your luggage.
When we got there at 14.30, none of the PIN codes worked. Contacted reception only to be told they wouldn't work until 15.00.
So we were stuck outside with our luggage until 3.00pm.in the hot sun!
What was the point in giving us the PIN codes early, when you can't access the apartments?
Not a lot of goodwill shown to 8 very tired guests.
Apartments were very good but the whole entry process needs to be streamlined. Something to consider, especially if you have an early flight.

I was staying at another property with the exact same name. I tried to extend my stay by one day at my current apartment and accidentally booked this place instead. I realized mistake basically as soon as I hit 'book' and I emailed them immediately but they never responded. I called them and I explained to them very kindly that I accidentally booked the wrong place because they have the same name as where I was staying and they refused to refund my money. It was clearly an honest mistake but they were not listening and refused to be understanding. I do not recommend them based on the poor customer service.

They never responded so I called them and explained to them very kindly that I accidentally booked the wrong place because they have the same name as where I was staying but they refused to refund my money. They said it was my responsibility to know which hotel I was booking and they are not at fault. It was clearly an honest mistake but they were not listening and refused to be understanding. Afterwards, I read all the other reviews of customers with bad experiences and I have to agree with those customers. My experience shows that they only care about collecting money and have no idea about true customer service and satisfaction. I would not stay here in the future.

The place was perfect, more than enough. 3 king beds with fold out sofas as well. Full kitchen, 1 private shower and toilet. Balcony overlooking the tourists below. Location is directly between the Old Town Square and the King Charles bridge. 8 minute walk to tesco, 4 minute walk to the tram. If I come back, I will definitely try to book this Apt again.

Address provided in booking is their office, than be ready for a long walk with your luggage for 10 mins
The booking address is basically just an office where you collect the keys, and then you have to walk to reach the actual apartment. This was a frustrating experience, as we had to push our luggage for about 800 meters (a 10‑minute walk) over cobblestone streets in Prague.
After our stay, I requested if I could drop the keys in a letterbox since I was checking out early at 6:45 AM and rain was predicted. My request was declined, so before heading to the airport I had to walk again to return the keys to their office.
The apartment itself is in a good location, and we checked that there was an elevator. However, the apartment was still another 1.5 floors up, which added to the inconvenience.
Overall, the logistics of this property hurt the experience badly. Consider this option only if you do not find any other alternative — otherwise, it is best avoided.”
