Great Value hotel
Staff were excellent and attentive. No issue when I lost my keycard. Located in a quiet area but easy to reach main areas by foot.
Breakfast was good, cooked options maybe a little limited for U.K tastes.

Everyone was fine except for the man at reception.
We stayed at the hotel for 3 nights starting from August 31st. Despite arriving at the hotel exhausted late at night, the young male employee at the reception desk was far from polite. He was grumpy, unwilling to please the customer, and unhelpful. He was like an emotionless robot. But all the women working at the reception were nice. The hotel was nice overall, but the exterior was covered in spiders.

Nice Hotel
Stayed for 3 nights with my nieces and we were very impressed with our room - triple superior. Spacious, modern, clean and all the beds were comfortable. Air con was working well, which was needed, as when we stayed it was really hot and humid in Prague. Nice selection at breakfast. Not much atmosphere at the bar, but like us I guess most people were out enjoying the sights and only really used the hotel to sleep in. Hotel is pretty close to the main sights and we used ubers as they were so cheap. Beautiful Petrin Park is 3 minute walk away. I would recommend as a good base when visiting Prague and would stay again.

Bad management bad customer service bad atitude
About as bad as it gets. In 30 years haven't experienced a combination of bad management, zero customer service and blatant disregard for the customer.
Checked in and was given a room with ac not working. Was told the whole floor is without ac. Given a choice to stay or sent to another hotel with a room on the first floor next to the elevator with people constantly coming and going. So supposedly no other rooms were available and the way the whole situation was dealt with was unprofessional, rude and without any consideration. Zero stars.

As soon as we became aware of the problem, our technical team worked to resolve it as quickly as possible. Fortunately, the issue was fixed within 24 hours, and the air conditioning was fully operational again. In the meantime, we did our best to minimize the disruption by offering alternative accommodation at our daughter property, located just 50 meters away, where the air conditioning was working properly.
Unfortunately, as it was a busy weekend and our hotel was fully booked, we had very limited room availability and were unable to offer other room options within the hotel. We understand that this situation was frustrating, and we sincerely regret that your experience did not meet your expectations.
Please accept our sincere apologies once again.

OK Hotel
Hotel location is good . Room decent size . Ensuite more than adequate. Reception staff not particularly friendly. The hotel bar had zero atmosphere. Reception staff had to double up as bar staff and unfortunately the ‘happy hour’ didn’t have the desired affect as far as they were concerned. Breakfast was fine but limited space. Staff were very good maybe they could train the staff upstairs. Overall a decent hotel but could be even better with a few tweeks.
