More downtown than that

Clean and sufficiently large rooms, nice bathroom. Cleanliness excellent and also excellent breakfast. Convenient for those who want to visit Prague, in the historic center a few steps from the Charles Bridge and the climb leading to the Castle. We had a problem with the room keys, solved in a short time even if it was at my expense (I had made a mistake and it is right). Recommended to friends definitely!

The staff were soooo helpful. They really went above and beyond to help us and I couldn't be more grateful. The only thing is that the hotel is near the tram and you can hear it when it goes by.

Really great hotel! Would highly recommend. A lot of personality. Breakfasts are good. The staff are super friendly. The restaurant is open until midnight.

terrible.

The waiters don't understand anything and aren't friendly at all. We got the wrong dishes and when we tried to explain to them they just replied badly. We had to pay 30€ of a dish that I did not order, when I wanted to spend 15.... never go there

The location is excellent and so many options for the transportation.Breakfast is good as well.However, the property has no lift and our room is located at the 3rd floor, so we struggle to carry our luggages upstairs.
