Looking forward to our next stay
We really liked this hotel. The tram stop is right outside and it is only 10 minutes from the centre of town. Our room was a good size, with a/c, mini fridge, Nespresso machine and a great shower. Staff were helpful and bar/restaurant was very reasonable.
No breakfast available at the hotel, but there’s a very good cafe opposite. Lidl is 3 minutes walk away and opens at 7 so you can get fresh bread & pastries!

Experience to forget
It's a shame that you can't give 0 stars. If you don't want them to cancel your reservation 5 minutes after the check-in time, find another hotel!! The very same day, they canceled my reservation due to overbooking (payment made two weeks earlier with attached booking confirmation). The receptionist and Booking support passed the buck to each other without anyone taking responsibility for my reservation. Truly scandalous, vacation ruined.

Cheap but you get what you pay for
There was no heating. The room was freezing cold and the staff member I spoke to was very unhelpful. He clearly had a problem with me which made me uncomfortable to approach him again. Maybe it was the way I looked or where I was from but I hated the thought of having to stay there a tad encountering him. TV didn’t work. Paper thin walls. Bed uncomfortable.

terrible experience
CHILLING EXPERIENCE: Dirt, degradation and zero hygiene
Review:
I highly recommend anyone to stay at this property. It was a nightmare experience from day one to the last. Here are the reasons why you should stay away from this place:
Health emergency: For all 5 days of the stay, the shower had a nauseating smell of sewer so strong that it plagued not only the room, but also the corridor. Impossible to breathe or relax.
• Sleep on the floor: The third bed was a cot whose slats kept coming off. The situation was so precarious that my friend was forced to sleep one night on the floor, as the bed was literally unusable.
• Scandalous mattress: After our complaints, they finally replaced the cot, but the "new" mattress was in gruesome condition: it had a huge urine stain with a black/reddish stain in the center. An insult to decency and hygiene.
• Non-existent cleaning: In 5 days of stay, the room was never redone and we never changed the towels. We lived in total dirt for the duration of the holiday.
There was no professionalism or respect for the host. It's the worst facility I've ever been to. If you can, book somewhere else - any place would be better than this.

Room was good size and adequate for overnight stay, but generally it was tired and needing some repairs. Tv wasn't working and there was no remote control in the room, balcony was dirty, covered in birds poo, shower rail in the shower coming off the wall, bathroom mirror light didn't work and bathroom ceiling light hanging off the ceiling. Also very few sockets in the room. Good location for city centre and main rail station. Overall, the maintenance standard was disappointing for a 4* hotel.
