Great option if you're looking for a budget stay in Prostejov

Very simple and a bit quaint hotel in a perfect location, near the centre of the Old Town in Prostejov. Good place for an overnight stay (we were traveling from Poland to Austria). Easy to get from and to the motorway. Very friendly service, good breakfast, fast Internet and a good price. Surprisingly big bathroom, but the equipment there could definitely use some upgrade. Free parking, clean rooms. No elevator - no problem for us, but somebody might consider it a nuisance. Overall, highly recommended!

Not what we expected.

The location is fine, close to the main town square, although not in the prettiest area.
You go up 2 flights of stairs with a rather forlorn looking entrance to get to a vaguely smoky smelling unglamorous reception.
Then if you are lucky you may only need to climb one more flight if stairs to your room.
I thought it was all rarher tired looking and not at all what the reviews portrayed.
I would struggle to recommend this place to the discerning tourist.

friendy&cheap place

We have been staying in this hotel for 3 days during our skydive competition due to lack of space elsewhere, but finaly we were amazed, how friendly people there are and had a pleasant stay. Nothing was problem (even shifting breakfast start 30min earlier than common) and there is great restaurant (and mini-brewery) U Krale Jecminka just round the corner. Pity it's not on the list here, it would get ***** :)

Autentický Prostějov

Hotel stojí v luxusní poloze v centru města několik minut vycházkovým tempem od náměstí nebo hlavního obchodního centra. Nejbližší okolí příliš lákavé není - hned vedle hotelu je nonstop herna, samotná budova hotelu zvenku nepůsobí příliš přívětivě. Vnitřek hotelu je potom poněkud omšelé retro, velkou nevýhodou je absence výtahu. To vše za spíše vyšší cenu. Nicméně samotný podkrovní pokoj jsme měli velmi útulný, čistý a hezky zařízený, koupelna, spojená s WC byla čistá, postele velmi pohodlné. Bonusem je výhled na dvě různé strany města. Personál byl velmi milý, profesionální a zároveň příjemně domácký. Snídaně probíhají v malé místnosti s poměrně malým výběrem jídla, ale chuťově v pořádku. Určeno spíše nenáročnější klientele, ale myslím, že místo tepe autentickou místní atmosférou.

Vhodné na kratší pobyt

Hlavní předností hotelu je jeho lokace v samém centru města a bezpečné vlastní parkoviště. Náš pokoj byl ve 3. patře bez výtahu (prý nepovolen památkáři), měl dobrou velikost a velká byla i koupelna. Celý hotel nesl znaky toho, že Prostějov je v návštěvnosti překonáván jinými městy v okolí. Majitelé a personál byli milí a ochotní.
