Perfect location cheap drinks

We stayed here in January and loved the hotel it’s literally facing the ski slopes, staff are so friendly rooms warm!!

We are are a young couple in our 20s and the value for money is great! Walking distance to town is 5 mins. Perfect all round I loved this hotel

Crap food

I was there on a class trip and do not recommend it to anyone. The food was inedible to say the least and the rooms look nothing like the pictures. At least not the ones we slept on. Several people felt bad about the food and for the price the hotel is bad.

Gladly again!

I was completely satisfied with the service and facilities of this hotel and therefore extended my stay by one more day. The hotel and restaurant are recommended. The town and the cable car are only a short distance away.

Great university ski trip!

The hotel is situated in the perfect location if you are going skiing - if there is enough snow you can ski in ski out. It's approx 100m from the ski lift at Svaty Petr so it takes less than 5 mins to get on the slopes! Hotel Lenka is a few mins walk from the centre as well or you can get taxis if you are a large group.
We went as a group of approx 75 people (university ski trip) and the staff were very accomodating to our needs and last minute changes! All staff were friendly and helpful. They helped organise transport for us and our luggage from the bus station where our 2 coaches were parked. Overall a great trip and we will definitely be back in the future!

The room was big enough but not so clean. Hotel is about 100m from ski lift so it is handy.
Bathroom 4 (on scale 1 to 10). Shower curtain sticking to your body brrrrrr
Breakfast quite good but service, well, I will be frank, nonexistent.
At night there is no staff at the hotel. If you happened to have noisy, drunken neighbours than you have to deal with them or pretend nothing has happened as there is no one to help you.
The hotel has specific smell which could be unbearable for some.
If there is a lot of ice outside don’t count on the staff that they will use some sand or salt to make safe the passage to parking lot.
The client must pay and doesn’t have any rights.
The main ski lift was switched of but the ski pass was still the same price. Generally Spindlerowy Mlyn is expensive and not client friendly. Wi-fi in some places OK in other rooms poor.
