always been great, many times

Super service, not expensive ....either food, bar or rooms. Rooms very nice. Amasing quite location only 200 meters from town center. With the Elbe river just outside.
Have own spa, and a huge area for table tennis......( very professionel)

I definitely do not recommend!

Totally unreliable company. They will cancel your reservation with a fictional story about non-functional cards and IT attacks. Be careful if you stay here. Very very very bad! I never had same problem in Czech republic. I definitely do not recommend!

Average hotel

Front desk average, room OK - it was handy having the upper attic area for 3 of us so that was definitely good. Breakfast quite good in fact. It's a longish walk into town but that's not a criticism. Restaurant wasn't open for dinner when we were there in September so you need to go into town to eat. Also, town is where you catch the bus to the Krkonoše Mts.

Central location and full of character

Room was very basic but interesting. It was on two levels so would be great for families. The decor is very dated but the hotel is clean and the staff are friendly and helpful. There are table tennis trophies and memorabilia around the property and even a large games rooms if you wish to play. Breakfast is pretty basic.

Lovely hotel with low price

On your visit to the Giant Mountains at Czech Republic I recommend to stay at the TTC Hotel in Vrchlabí.
A very fair price for a lovely hotel. Service is great and the rooms are very comfortable (a couple with 2 kids).
A small tip - I booked the room on a booking web site and after a day figured I've made a mistake by asking a wrong check-in day.. The booking web site asked me to pay a fain to change the date.. I've sent an email directly to the Hotel customer service and got a reply a day after with confirmation of the new date.. easy and smooth!
