Hotel is near to the entrance to the ZOO park, citi cener is about 800 m.. Room was smal, but very clean. Bathroom is big and together with toilet. Breakfast is very good, sweet and Salty. In hotel is bowling and spa.

Extraordinary experience

We had an extraordinary experience with the restaurant. We tried Lasagne and Caesar salad and we were not disappointed. The quality of food was very good, the taste exceptional. ❤️ Would definitely recommend this restaurant. Thank you, we'll visit you again soon.

Friendliness, sympathy and quality

Very clean hotel and very friendly and highly qualified staff. Fantastic breakfast, dinner is also excellent. Quality, right price. Very close to both the center and the station and close to the shopping centres. Room with an exceptional selection of rums.

Read the small print!!

They make you pick up your keys at a different hotel. At best this is a bloody nuisance, at worst, we could have been left stranded if it were not for a local taxi driver who knew about this. There is no reception at this hotel, so, if you need ANYTHING, you need to phone the other hotel. When I checked our booking confirmation, it does tell you this, but in the very small print that nobody ever reads. So, not a good start.
The bedrooms are basic, the furniture quality is poor and the rooms need a facelift. The beds are very hard. The bathrooms are OK, but my towels were taken away by room service and not replaced one night - and no reception to ask for replacements.
The restaurant is a better story. Breakfast was pretty good, although the staff looked a bit lost. Dinner was good.
I had high hopes for this hotel, but it will not be my preferred choice in future.

Good, if you must stay somewhere

As before, checking in at another hotel, where you receive the room card, seems extremely inconvenient and even an unfortunate idea. Otherwise, cleanliness. limited interaction with staff. Improved and varied breakfast.
