Perfect location in the centre of town

Hotel is very nice from the outside, interrior is fine as well. The place was calm in the night, the receptionist was very kind and the brakfast is quite good. The wifi was quite fast (despite the other reviews)

To flee

The beds are very comfortable, the Pension is well located, the breakfast is very decent.
In short, a "small" 3 stars, not the luxury described on some booking reviews, these very positive reviews are very bizzily written by Czech "customers".
-The Award finally paid (59.50 Euros) does not correspond to what was planned on booking.com (55.35 euros), or even to the invoice (1400 Kr, which corresponds well to 55.35). A little magic trick at the time of payment by CB probably. It's unacceptable.
-The "upgrade" proposed to attract the customer is totally fictitious. We had a totally basic room, no air conditioning, no sofa, no kettle, at the end of a corridor, the room itself having a corridor shape all along.

Never again

We stayed in the hotel for two nights. Staff was very unfriendly and unhelpfull. Food was really poor and continental breakfest were lousy. Donuts were cut to two pieces!. Room was nice but this hotel never again.

Friendly Welcome and Staff are Very Nice

Hotel is very clean but very basic no drink making facilities in the room. There is a fridge in the room but this empty too. I felt this is typical Czech hotel a bit like going back in time in the UK very basic but on the other hand very good value for money. I have to agree with a previous review if you are on the front of the hotel the buses can be noisy at around 5am. Breakfast left a lot to be desired this was not for me but maybe ok for others. Food quality wasn't very good and the juice was either watered down or just squash. Staff are very friendly and helpful really nice hotel but could do with a repaint and decorate.

Excellent value hotel in the centre next to the bus station

We stayed here one night on a cycling holiday. We found this hotel to be excellent value for money and actually had a good nights sleep- it is very quiet at night but if you have room at the front of the hotel and the window is open you may hear the first buses around 5am- we just shut the window which blocked out the noise very effectively and went back to sleep. Breakfast was adequate and reflected the price paid. Bicycles were looked after inside the building which was great.
