Expensive, bad service and scary.

We visited Fjordlyst Hotel in connection with a return visit to Aabenraa. The farce started with the receptionist not knowing we had come despite booking confirmation and phone calls. Starting the stay with a harsh and hostile welcome is not exactly enriching.
However, we got a small room where the light didn't work, but it was clean.
At the settlement, she wanted to charge an additional price that corresponded to the fact that a stay at a more central hotel would have been cheaper.
Fjordlyst Hotel is NOT a place beg will return, it is too expensive and the staff lacks service.
