Great location

Nice hotel in beautiful surroundings. Fantastic cheap and with free parking.
Nice room with good beds. A single little swipes upon arrival, but the bug was quickly corrected.
Nice short distance to good restaurants by the harbor.
Can be highly recommended.

Very affordable and unique location

Incredibly nice location and stylish in all its simplicity, for a very good price. The hotel is self-catering, but good instructions are provided prior to arrival. Free parking right outside. Everything you need from dining venues right outside in the harbor. Recommended!

Great place near the harbour

We stayed for 1 night and we so positively surpriced.
The roms are so nice and quite roomy. The beds are comfy and everything was nice and clean.
The view og the harbour, and the boardwalk behind the hotel is absolutely beautiful.
We loved the location, in the city but still away from the city and it is really silent there.
We had breakfast too, and it was simpel but good, and for us it was enough.
We will be back.

Ugly room (toenails at bed + more) and poor customer service

There's no physical presence, so you're probably getting an email with the door code-- which we never got. When we then called for help, we got the most helpless and rude service. Instead of listening and helping, the employee tried to convince me that I booked through a scamside. That he could not or would do more to help us. Only by pressing on, managed to get him reluctant to check for our reservation under the booking name, and the way after 10-15 minutes get delivered info to get into the hotel and room. That he also had to be persuaded to help us with information about our invoice number, which SHALL be used for parking, felt like another fight. To say it was rude and unprofessional is to say it gently. I have never experienced such poor service from a hotel staff.
When we then entered the room, we saw that it was not cleaned. The shower was used very recently and there was water and hair on the floor from the last one who used it. Water that obviously neither stems from washing of the bathroom, nor possibly from a dropping shower head. There were toes on the carpet at the bed!!! It seemed like the bed linen had been turned to the wrong place instead of changed. The floor carpet sygnated besides toenails, also with other shit about that there was no vacuum.

Great location - cleanliness full disaster

Low budget hotel with great location, spacious rooms and free parking. So far, there would have been four points. Cleanliness see pictures, you really lack the words. Therefore, only two points. Guys, pick up a vacuum cleaner. And the shower head could be changed... disgusting!
