Good location. Not too far from a train and metro stop. Plus a shopping center with a grocery store in it right next door. I would stay again. The only downside was there wasn’t a lot of restaurants close by.

As expected. Nothing fancy but it did the job and you get more or less what you pay for. Frontdesk was helpfull. A few weird things like 1) risking to get a fine by heating food if it set off the fire alarm and 2) having to pay for the gym next door at Cabinn Hotel.

I stayed there for 12 nights. My bed was made up once but that was it. I do not need people to make up my bed. However, cleaning dirty spots on the walls and floor, from previous guest/guests and vacuming the floor would have been nice.

The first room we got was not clean. We went down and told the reseption about it and we were offered a new room immediately. The new room was much better :)
There is no AC in the room so it was very hot, even with the window open. A fan saved us.
It was nice having a fridge in the room, that kept our food and drinks nice and cold.
The hotels location is excellent and we will definately stay here again :)

Uncaring management, poor maintenance, and zero accessibility awareness
I stayed at CABINN Apartments (Room C117) and checked out a day early due to severe, unresolved service failures:
Accessibility Failure: Despite my physical disability, I was assigned a room at the very end of a long corridor (a 3-minute painful walk from the elevator).
Zero Housekeeping: My room was never cleaned during my entire stay, despite hanging the housekeeping card on the door every single day.
Broken Amenities: The TV was non-functional from day one. A technician finally checked it on Friday and confirmed a defective cable—ruling out any user error.
Ignored Communication: I emailed management directly with my booking reference to solve this privately. After nearly a week, they haven't even bothered to reply.
A terrible experience with non-existent customer service. Avoid this place if you have mobility needs or expect basic hotel standards.
