Everything perfect!

The hotel is close to the main train station, it is quiet at night despite traffic outside. Comfortable beds, large room. Very friendly staff. There was everything you needed. Breakfast was outstanding. Take tasteplate if you have breakfast in the hotel price. It is the richest breakfast, also includes cappuccino etc and freshly squeezed juice.

Lovely and compact city. Nice hotel is the center of all attractions.

Love the location. 4-5 mins walk to Central Railways station. Tivolli Park right opposite the train station, and City Hall l diagonally opposite the hotel, u can see it from hotel main door. All the main attractions like round tower, Nyhavn & Christianborg palace, Marble Church & Amalienborg Palace walkable from the hotel too, 15-30 mins, use google map to navigate, you will reach one attraction after another, not hard to find the way.

The team members were so polite and friendly.
The room was globally ok maybe to improve the carpets (full of stains) and the curtains (no fully covering the window) which it makes is challenging to sleep not being in the dark. To also mention the pillows that were super flat.
Bathroom was clean.

Adequate but wouldn’t stay again

Great location and fab breakfast next door but the stay was disappointing beyond that. Rooms, because I stayed in two as the plumbing in the first wasn’t working, were basic, old and dated and lacked basic amenities like a fridge and coffee maker. Bathroom was old and dingy in the first room, better in the second. First room also smelled musty/moldy. Both rooms were adequate but not particularly nice. Wouldn’t stay again.

Spacious room, comfortable beds, superb breakfast and service. AM desk staff was very formal and road noise till midnight was noticeable. Well located to tourist sites…
