Not really worth its price or living up to its presentation. Nice lobby/restaurant. Rooms small and kinda speed designed without that soul. Basic amenities missing in the room. Simply just about ok and nothing more.

Absolutely bang on location- very central. I thought it was a five star hotel but it’s more like a 4. The food in Gloria (Italian) restaurant was good and seems very popular with locals.
I guess my main point of disappointment or improvement are:
1. The breakfast is tucked in a corner dark room when they the most beautiful atrium
2. The hotel doesn’t have air con- I was told most hotels in CPG don’t.
3. No tea or coffee makers in room. No free slippers!

Nice hotel with fun style!
We had booked a double room and the pictures looked great. However, the room we got was on the bottom floor facing a small courtyard with roofing on it. So it offered no natural light and not the same experience as pictured on the room images.

From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly warm and welcoming. The hotel itself is beautifully designed, with a great atmosphere around the restaurant and bar. Loved that! And the location of the hotel is perfect for anyone who wants the Copenhagen vibe.
We did have a few room kerfuffles. Our first room was adjoining and unfortunately very noisy, so we moved and upgraded to a Junior Suite. When we returned that evening, we discovered it was next to the ventilation engine, with a low vibrational sound that felt like trying to sleep beside a techno club. Eventually, we changed rooms again.
This is where the staff really shone. The next morning, before we even had to explain everything, reception had already sorted it: we could stay in our new room for our second night and they refunded the upgrade difference. I had been stressing about it all night, so I was genuinely on the verge of tears with relief. To top it off, they even gave us a brilliant breakfast recommendation.
That sums up our experience: things went wrong, but the team genuinely cared about making them right and ensuring we enjoyed our stay.
A lot of people write about the lack of air conditioning. The first day was hot and the room felt a little stuffy, but the ventilation improved significantly the next day. So we didn't have any issues with that.
The gym is small, beautifully designed and well equipped. Do not miss their Copenhagen guide, I’m keeping it for our next trip.
