A lovely hotel with a great vibe. It's location means it's handy for the airport and only a few stops on the metro to the city centre. The bakery next door is one of the best you'll come across and is open from 7am every day of the week. Reception staff at the Ibis even said if you prefer to get your breakfast from the bakery you are welcome to bring it back to the hotel and have it in the lobby seating area, where free coffee and water is available. Will definitely use this hotel again when returning to Copenhagen.

Nice room, terrible housekeeping staff

The room was great and very clean. The area is great and well connected. The immobile areas are lovely and tastefully decorated. The staff was very friendly and nice at the bar and reception. At checkout time, the cleaning staff started harassing us to leave the room so they could clean it. It was 11:05! I almost got into a confrontation with them but decided not to ruin the visit for my family and I. I have status with Accor and can do a late check out. This encounter with the unprofessional and awful housekeeping staff left a bad taste in my mouth. We will not return to this hotel.

Broken elevator unit, resulting queue in the stairs. Cleaning request did not function well. Breakfast option is limited.

I quite enjoyed the night here.
The only thing that was a bit off was a small stain on the bed sheet and the breakfast spread could have been a bit more extensive especially if you benchmark it to the price per night price.
Beyond these remarks, there's not much to say. I would i come back, yes I would.

The best value for money hotel! Nice modern rooms, USB c plugs, good shower, 30 second walk to the metro to get into central Copenhagen, helpful friendly staff
